Family-friendly cabin overlooking Billy Creek and the Moonridge Trail.

Cute cabin nestled in the trees. Moonridge Trail and Billy Creek just down the hill off the backyard of the property. Quiet neighborhood near all the attractions of the White Mountains. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and only a little over 1 mile to Safeway for all your grocery and pharmacy needs.

The cabin has 2 bedrooms and a bonus bedroom. The bonus bedroom has a queen bed and windows overlooking the creek. It also has bedside tables with lamps, a dresser and an electric fireplace for ambiance or cold nights. Bedroom 1 is a nice sized main bedroom with queen bed with memory foam topper, dresser, and large closet. There are also bed side tables with lamps and room to charge your devices. Bedroom tow is a small bedroom with daybed and pop up trundle. It has a small closet that cannot be accessed if the pop up trundle is used. It also has a wall mounted pop-up desk if you would like to utilize the room as an office.

The kitchen is fully appointed with gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The eat-in kitchen table seats 4 comfortably. Two more folding chairs may be utilized if you need 6 at the table.

The living room has a TV with Roku stick, DVD player and Original Nintendo Wii. Also has a selection of DVDs and Games to play. There is couch with electric reclining seat on one side. The room also has a small children's couch. The gas fireplace style heater is also in this room and controlled by the home thermostat.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and tub with shower. It also houses the stacking washer and dryer.

The outdoor space of this cabin truly shines with a deck, propane BBQ, and rock patio. The property sits on top of a hill so it offer beautiful views of the trees and creek below. Venture down the hill and catch the Moonridge Trail directly from the backyard.

This is our family cabin and we love that we feel like we are in the forest here, while still being very close to all the amenities of town. It's quiet and the neighbors are all very friendly. In the winter we ski and sled and in the summer and fall we mountain bike, fish, trail run and hike. Our kids love exploring the creek and forest, trying to catch frogs, butterflies, crawfish or whatever else they can find. It truly is a special spot to escape the heat of Phoenix or Tucson.
