This listing only gets one star because you need to give one to leave a review. We got in very late. There were spiders in more than every corner. There was a nasty film on every single drawer and cabinet in the kitchen. The TV does NOT work. The universal remote batteries had been dead for so long it reset. There was an infestation of tiny ants in the bathroom. It's one room with a small bathroom. The fridge is by the bed, not in the "kitchen". We only stayed one night because we arrived so late (flight delays). The "host" didn't turn on the wifi for over three hours after we arrived. I received a partial refund because we stayed one night. I'll take it. Beware!

We stayed 4 nights Place was small but very cleaned and nice . We did have some water issues but management took care of the problem in a reasonable time . We did also cook in the apartment.They need a few more cooking pot for pizzas

Good studio

Well equipped and well located. My only objection is to the couch. As another guest commented, it is not in the least comfortable and is the only seating other than the barstools. My experience would been 5 star otherwise.

Nice and cool when it is hot and humid outside

The pictures accurately represent the property. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels. The AC worked very well and it was quite hot and humid outside. I never ran out of hot water in the shower. The couch was very uncomfortable - this was the only negative aspect of the property. I realize there was limited space but would appreciate a comfortable place to sit. Overall, I liked the price, the property suited my needs for a one week stay and I would chose this property again.
