*Please be advised by booking that you agree to take out the garbage bins Monday evening and take them back on Tuesday. They maybe full and filled with other people's garbage*

⁃ Fee of $50 for special garbage pick up if bins were not out during pick up times.

⁃ GARBAGE DAY: Monday evenings the garbage bins are located on left hand side of the house, behind the fence door. The fence door can be opened to roll out the bins.

- Please make sure to only throw garbage away in the proper bins. The blue recycle bin is only for recycling. The gray bins are for all general garbage.

- Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout. An energy charge of $50 will be charged for each occurrence.

Since the neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, we have to enforce below house rules to respect the community. This Property is only designed for Travelers, Small family gathering.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be canceled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

-Any drug use, including marijuana is prohibited. Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the house, you may smoke in designated smoking areas in the backyard of the house, but not in the side yard.

- Guests should not congregate outside of the house between the quiet hours of 10:00 pm and 9:00 am.

- Guests should never play loud music at a volume that can be heard by neighbors at any time. Neighbors should be respected at all times.

- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.

- Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guest's count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you have visitors,

- Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.
