PARADISE!! 2 month minimum required, 4 month rental preferred. The ultimate beach front happy place, our very comfortable 2 bedroom condo boasts breathtaking views from every corner of the unit. Floor to ceiling windows and doors allow for ocean views throughout the whole apartment.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. The spacious second bedroom includes a queen and twin bed. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower head.

We were fortunate to have purchased this beautiful unit in late 2020 and refreshed the unit with new furniture, fresh paint, new stainless steel appliances, smart tvs in all rooms, new water heater, and many clean decorative touches.

The building common spaces were all remodeled in 2023, including new carpeting, wallpaper and lighting on every floor hallway, as well as a remodeled lobby, club room and gym.

The pool area feels like an oasis surrounded by plush landscaping and includes a heated jacuzzi, grilling area and plentiful lounge chairs and tables.

Indoor owner-owned lockers on the first floor store beach amenities, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. which you can fully enjoy for a relaxing day on the beach, with an easy and short path from the storage unit to the beach, including a beautiful boardwalk.

Take a scenic trip to Vero Beach for great restaurants and shopping, less than 15 minutes away, or enjoy the bustling downtown Fort Pierce area with several Marina and bay-front restaurants as well.

This is truly a happy place for my family and without doubt would be for anyone who stays here.
