The cape offers tremendous beauty where ever you look. Gorgeous landscaping and hydrangea bushes, bike trails and boating, breathtaking sunsets, beaches, and endless experiences and dining along commercial street are within walking distance of The Chateau. It's perfect for gathering family and friends in the summer all year round.

This home offers 1,800 sqft of interior space across 3 floors. The main floor is perfect for entertaining in the expansive living room, kitchen with island, and half bath. Upstairs you'll find the primary and guest bedrooms, each offering their own on-suite full bath's.
