Cozy studio cabin less than a mile to Mt. Rainier entrance.

Rustic, and unique studio cabin in a tree covered property along the Tenas Creek. Less than a mile to the only entrance that's open year-round of Mt Rainier NP. Park entry lines in the summer can get long, and your location gets you closer to the front. Spend your days exploring all that Rainier has to offer. Evenings can be enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit and cooking on the grill. A second cabin is located on the property and can be rented, if available, and more space is needed.

The cabin is less than a mile to the entry gate of Mt Rainier.

Ashford is a rural and remote community. The power grid and wi-fi can be affected by stormy weather conditions (especially in the winter). If the power and Wi-Fi go down, we encourage everyone to enjoy the disconnect time with family and friends and take advantage of the slow down. We have a wood burning fireplace for heat, and candles to play board games with.

Ashford can be snowy and icy at times and chains are required in your car when driving to paradise in the winter. Check with the National Park for conditions in the winter.

Studio is the key word. It is perfect for a couple. Sits about 2 minutes to the gate of the NP and about 5 minutes to food and such in town. Worked perfect for our needs.

We found the cabin to be exceptionally clean and wonderfully cozy during our stay. It truly met all of our expectations for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The charming atmosphere made for a delightful experience. However, we did encounter some intermittent issues with the Wi-Fi availability. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would still recommend this lovely cabin.

Such an amazing, quaint, and precious cabin. The location was perfect for getting into the park to hike, but also giving us peace and quiet to grill out and hang! Highly recommend if looking to hike Mt. Rainier!

The Cozy Cabin has everything you need for a Mt. Rainier trip for 2! Location is quiet and less than a mile to the entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. Hosts were responsive and provided all the info we needed before our trip. Bed is super comfy and the kitchenette is perfect for making breakfast and packing our lunches for our hikes!

We enjoyed our brief stay right outside Mt. Rainier! The cabin was quiet and peaceful! It was a little sanctuary. Our only recommendation would be to have a small A/C unit and bathroom fan.

The cabin was nice and clean and also comfortable there was nobody around so that was nice also they pretty much everything you need to cook or make coffee all though what I didn't like is there was a Keurig machine but no k-cups to make coffee there also was no creamer the shower head and shower could be cleaned as well but other then that it was good

A tiny but cozy cabin very close to the park. Quick and easy check-in. The bathroom did not have a sink; hence the kitchen sink. Some of the towels felt damp and had wet towel smell. Found a dried up bowl of pasta/nachos?? on the shelf. Loved the fireplace.

The cabin was immaculate, very clean and very thoutfully equipped and designed decoratively! We had a great time and enjoyed using the available firewood to cook all of our dinners and the journal entries of past vacationers was a joy to read and add our own experience to.

Warm, clean and cozy little bolthole right at the base of Rainier. Hosts couldn't have been more responsive. Totally recommend.

Welcome to our little piece of Paradise. We have always enjoyed the mountains, especially Rainier. From sunset and sunrise summer hikes, to snowshoeing and snowboarding in the backcountry. We live just an hour from Mowich Lake, a personal favorite spot of Rainier. You can't go wrong going in any entrance to Rainier, and where ever you decide to explore feel free to reach out during your stay with questions or recommendations.

The Cabins have a special rustic charm to us. We have a year-round creek flowing through the property. Most importantly we sit less than 1 mile to the Longmire/Paradise entrance into MRNP.
