Step into our East Austin haven, a single-story sanctuary designed with care and comfort in mind.
The inviting living room welcomes you, offering a regular couch and a sleeper couch, making it the perfect spot for relaxation or social gatherings. Sunlight filters through the windows, illuminating the space with a warm, natural glow. The open-concept layout leads you to a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can craft meals with ease, surrounded by modern amenities and stylish finishes.
The home features 3 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, one of which includes two beds to accommodate additional guests or family members. Each room is a peaceful retreat, promising restful nights after exploring the city`s vibrant offerings. The residence also boasts two full bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy for all guests.
Step outside to discover a fenced backyard, an oasis in the city. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the unique cowboy pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of adventure. This private outdoor space invites you to enjoy serene mornings with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evenings under the stars.

Located in the heart of East Austin, you`re surrounded by some of the city`s most iconic eateries like Franklin Barbecue and Revelry, home to the best gumbo in town. For coffee lovers, a local café is just a block away. A short stroll brings you to the bustling Rainey Street, filled with bars and live music venues, perfect for nightlife enthusiasts. Yet, the home remains tucked away for a peaceful retreat, all while being close to major events like SXSW, ACL, and more. Enjoy the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation with this ideal location!
Only a 3 minute drive to Wholefoods and Target!
Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc.
1. CHECK IN /CHECK OUT - Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Unless otherwise authorized by Guest Haus.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS - We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will lead to an immediate vacation of the property, without reimbursement.
3. NOISE - Please keep the noise level down after 10 p.m., in accordance with the city bylaws and to not disturb the neighbors.
4. BROKEN ITEMS - Please inform Guest Haus of any damages or broken items that noticed upon your arrival. Furthermore, accidents happen and if something breaks during your stay, please inform us, in order for us to replace or repair it prior to a following Guest`s stay.
5. NEIGHBORS - Guests must notify Guest Haus of any complaints from neighbors as soon as possible.
6. PETS - We do not allow pets or animals of any sort. Any evidence of pets or animals will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.
7. SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the property, or outside while still in the premises of the property. Any evidence of smoking on the property premises will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.
8. VISITORS - Guests are responsible for their visitors. Visitors must comply with the House Rules, and Guests will be held liable for any violation as if the violation was carried out by the Guests.
9. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling into the allocated bins. Excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.
10. SECURITY - Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked every time they leave the property, and at the end of their stay. Failure to maintain the security of the property (locking doors and windows) will result in a $200 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages/theft that occur during their stay.
11. FIREWORKS - The use of fireworks anywhere on the property premises is strictly forbidden, subject to a a $500 fine and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
12. PARKING – Guests may park a small vehicle in the driveway of the home. Do not block the sidewalk in any way. Guests may also use the visitor passes provided to park on the street. Loss of either pass or failure to leave it in the straw basket at the entry of the house upon checking out will incur a $75 replacement fee.
13. REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS - Every attempt is made to maintain the property in the best of condition. Guest Haus does not guarantee that appropriate repair and or replacement will be performed during the Guests` stay. It is the Guests` responsibility to immediately notify Guest Haus of any issues with the property during their stay so that repairs and or replacement may be promptly taken care of to the best of the Guest Haus` ability.
Guest Haus is not responsible for any occurrences to which we have no immediate control. These inconveniences include but are not limited to: weather conditions, power outages, road conditions or breakage of non-essential appliances (including, but not limited to: dishwasher, grill, pool heater, washer and dryer)
*Please inform us if any of the equipment in the house is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible.
14. TOILET - Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. This can cause plumbing issues and Guests will be held responsible for any related damages that occur.
15. POOL - Please use the Cowboy Pool with care. Do not bring any food or drinks into the pool, or any glass. Do not jump into the pool. Do not empty water out of the pool. Do not touch any of the pool equipment. Most importantly, please remember to place the cover back on top of the pool after every use!
