Welcome to our new construction home in Harbor Springs, nestled right next to Teddy Griffins and conveniently situated between Boyne Highlands and Nubs Knob (Less than 1 mile from both). This spacious and stylish house is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to experience the beauty of Northern Michigan.

The main level boasts three inviting bedrooms, including a master suite with a King bed and a full bathroom. Across the hall, you'll find another bedroom with a King bed and a cozy room with a full over full bunk bed, perfect for the little ones. A well-appointed living room awaits, featuring a unique and brand-new Electric Fireplace that not only adds charm but also provides warmth, creating a cozy ambiance. Gather around the 65-inch ROKU TV for a movie night or simply unwind after a day of adventures.

As you enter through the main door, you'll step into the mudroom adorned with beautiful brick-like tile and a convenient ski rack. A full washer and dryer add to the convenience of your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all new appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals and create lasting memories with loved ones.

Venture upstairs to discover a large bedroom with a King bed and 2 Twin beds, offering flexibility for various sleeping arrangements. The adjacent full bathroom ensures everyone's comfort. This upper level also features a spacious game room, complete with a 55-inch ROKU TV, a large Pac-Man Arcade, and a Pop-A-Shot Dual Sport Basketball hoop. For additional sleeping space, we have a Pottery Barn Chair and 1/2 that can easily convert into a twin bed.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh Northern Michigan air on our composite decking, where you'll find a relaxing 4-person Barrel Sauna. Fire up the grill for a delightful outdoor cooking experience, and gather around the 8-person firepit in the backyard for cozy evenings under the stars.

Within view of the firepit and composite back deck is our favorite and most recent upgrade - an outdoor playground! Ideal for kids of all ages, its a composite vinyl swing set with slides, rock walls, tic tac toe & for extra safety.. rubber mulch :)

Fun Facts:
All beds are Helix Hospitality mattresses, we feel good nights rest is important for a vacation! We have Public Goods amenities in all bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner lotion, body wash and hand soaps - no need to buy those travel size goodies from Target!
