Situated on the jet set, cosmopolitan island of Mykonos, at St. Lazaros area, only 3,5 kilometers from the main town, this unique architect designed and exclusive property, is defined by its exceptional location and outdoor areas, providing panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and sunset over the island of Delos.

Several outdoor seating areas can facilitate large parties. Intimacy and privacy as well as the landscaped gardens are the unique points of the premises

The property has been designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular site and views. It consists of a main building and separate guest facilities positioned to ensure privacy and independence (sleeps 13)

Villa Aegean Sundance accommodations consist of a main building and additional guestrooms, a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with separate and individually controlled air conditioning/heating throughout as well as generator.

The main building consists of:
• Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower, Jacuzzi and private terrace – sea view
• Two further bedrooms with private terraces (one double and one twin) with en suite bathrooms – garden view
• Room for one member staff (the Villa’s staff have a separate room except this one)
• Guest WC
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Living room with fire place and dining area for 8 persons (satellite TV, DVD and audio system)
• Screening room with separate satellite TV, DVD and audio system
Additional guestrooms:
• Two bedrooms suite with bathroom and private terrace – garden view
• One bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace – garden view

The property is fully equipped with high quality audio systems and WI FI throughout the building and outdoor areas. Fax and printer facilities are also available

The outdoor areas consist of:
• Infinity swimming pool, (17 meters length & 3 meters deep) Heated pool option at extra150€/day(minimum one week) due to the size of the pool.
• Pool shower area
• Spectacular outdoor dining area for 14 persons by the swimming pool
• Separate barbeque pit with associated dining area for 8 persons adjacent to the gardens and pool side
• Landscaped gardens with olive and lemon groves

Fitness/Gym equipment is also now at hand and operative(at no extra cost) in order to support guests with their flexibility training needs.

All outdoor areas including the pool have specialized lighting creating a unique evening atmosphere.

The property is staffed with a resident English speaking husband and wife team who have maintained it over the last 12 years for the current owner. They provide full housekeeping services including cooking, serving and driving.

The premises is gated and walled to provide maximum security, privacy and seclusion with ample secure parking within the compound.
