Relax and enjoy beautiful, serene, sunny Scottsdale! We are located just south of Old Town and right in the middle of everything else. Updated kitchen has all the tools to cook & entertain. Walking/biking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping and local pubs. Remodeled pool & dedicated high speed fiber optic WiFi.

There are so many fantastic sights to see, adventures to take, restaurants to explore... all just minutes from this front door. Spring training games, Old Town, ASU, Tempe Town Lake and the Scottsdale Greenbelt are very close. West World is just 16 miles north on the 101 freeway, Golf (Frisbee or traditional) courses are everywhere, hiking and mountain biking are just minutes away. This home is perfect for families, groups of friends and traveling workers.

They helped with the pool, helped find some nice restaurants near by, and were very responsive when asked questions. Location was quiet in a good way.

Thanks for having us. The property is pretty dated with light switches behind the doors so when you enter the room it is dark and you have to fumble around.Some additional advice, your mattresses are extremely old, they should be updated.

Great location for activities in the Phoenix area. House was perfect for 6 adults. It had everything we needed. Area was safe and quiet. The pool looked beautiful but wasn’t heated so was too cold to use in February. Host was very responsive. One complaint was the drone that flew over us a few times and would hover. Seems invasive. Not sure who was at the other end. So don’t go skinny dipping, you might end up on video, LOL. We would stay here again.

Excellent Home with Wonderful Backyard

This property blew us away in the best possible way with its stylish design, functional living space, comfortable beds and furniture and perfect outdoor space. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and just a short walk to the “green belt”. And to top it off, the owners were terrific! They jumped into action at the most minor request! We enjoyed the pool so much! Even with the extreme heat, it was refreshing! Our little dog was delighted to have a grass yard area. :) We hope to stay again at this super home in the future.

This was a comfortable, clean, and well appointed accommodation in a perfect central location. We particularly appreciated the safety of a gate with a high latch between the house and pool access. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s fun to watch airplanes coming and going from the airport which is only 10 minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love our neighborhood because of its close proximity to just about anywhere in the metro Phoenix area. We’re minutes away from all the major freeways, Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Downtown Phoenix and Phoenix Sky Harbor. We’re 2 blocks away from the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt - a Scottsdale gem full of parks, lakes, paths and golf courses traveling 11 miles along the heart of Scottsdale.

You’ll love this home because of its tranquility and privacy. Even though we’re located in the heart of the metro Phoenix area, this home is a sanctuary of calm and peacefulness. The backyard offers many areas to relax in the shade or, if you prefer, bath in sun. The pool is refreshing and large enough to exercise in. The kitchen has all the tools you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. This Is a home away from away home and the only thing missing is you. 😉
