Relax and enjoy beautiful, serene, sunny Scottsdale! We are located just south of Old Town and right in the middle of everything else. Updated kitchen has all the tools to cook & entertain. Walking/biking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping and local pubs. Remodeled pool & dedicated high speed fiber optic WiFi.
There are so many fantastic sights to see, adventures to take, restaurants to explore... all just minutes from this front door. Spring training games, Old Town, ASU, Tempe Town Lake and the Scottsdale Greenbelt are very close. West World is just 16 miles north on the 101 freeway, Golf (Frisbee or traditional) courses are everywhere, hiking and mountain biking are just minutes away. This home is perfect for families, groups of friends and traveling workers.

We love our neighborhood because of its close proximity to just about anywhere in the metro Phoenix area. We’re minutes away from all the major freeways, Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Downtown Phoenix and Phoenix Sky Harbor. We’re 2 blocks away from the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt - a Scottsdale gem full of parks, lakes, paths and golf courses traveling 11 miles along the heart of Scottsdale.

You’ll love this home because of its tranquility and privacy. Even though we’re located in the heart of the metro Phoenix area, this home is a sanctuary of calm and peacefulness. The backyard offers many areas to relax in the shade or, if you prefer, bath in sun. The pool is refreshing and large enough to exercise in. The kitchen has all the tools you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. This Is a home away from away home and the only thing missing is you. 😉
