Spring getaway

The property was well kept and had lots of charm. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. On site washer and dryer . Would book again..handy

5 night stay

Hosts were very nice and quick to respond to any requests. Cottage was clean and great to have washer and dryer. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, etc.

Lovely Location

We stayed here for 6 nights while attending wedding festivities in downtown St Petersburg close by. The home was clean and spacious with everything provided. Lulu was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Old School Florida Cottage

Real cute and well maintained old school Florida cottage, perfect for our family of 4. Had plenty of space to host other family members for a small Christmas get together. Walked to local restaurant and beach.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed this house! It fit our family of 6 and was close to all the places we needed to go. Great neighborhood. The kids enjoyed riding their scooters on the sidewalk. Our hosts Lulu and Dennis were very accommodating and so kind. We would definitely stay again if we come back to this area!

Pre Thanksgiving Visit

Very convienient location. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated having kitchen and laudry facilities. Host exceptionally responsive and helpul. Would return to property in future.

Cozy and Affordable

Cozy older home in historic district. Space was clean and Dennis was very nice and helpful. Great air conditioning and nice updated appliances. Plenty of space for my family of 4 with easy access/drive to anything we needed

Good location

Unfortunately i didn’t a chance to stay; my husband & son stayed at the location while attending swim competition. From what they said “ nice clean space with everything they needed; 13 min drive to the aquatics center “

4th of July vacation

The Captain's Quarters is a Very nice place to stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. The hosts. Dennis and Lulu, were very attentive and diligent in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They both communicated with me at different times thoughout our stay to make sure things were ok . They even provided an electric grill for us to use for our 4th of July cook out. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I am looking forward to staying here again on our future trips to St. Perersburg
