Cute studio located in a peaceful and centrally-located area in Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg. This spot is allll about location!! If you are looking for luxury, fancy, and perfect, this isn't your spot! If you are looking for clean and cozy, we got you! The desirable Beach Dr is 2 blocks away with St. Pete Pier a 15-min walk. Grab a bike 1 block away, ride into downtown St. Pete, where there are museums, shops, restaurants, movies, parks, and more!

The space
The unit is located on a corner lot within a house that has other apartments. Your unit has a separate bath within the studio, with a door separated from the studio, and your own parking spot! The bed is a double bed with 2 drawers located beneath it, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, full size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, mini cooler, and towels.

Guest access
The front patio is open to all guests. The laundry room is available to all guests. The building has permanent tenants that reside there.

Studio was very clean, well-stocked, convenient, and is in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The wall A/C unit is rather loud and the studio doesn’t get very dark at night due to light from the hallway/landing. However, with ear plugs and an eye shade, I slept like a baby. There is a great local coffee shop just around the corner, which I lived. Easy walk to Beach Drive and the Pier is just a little farther. Very pleasant and affordable option for the otherwise pricy Downtown St. Pete area.

Loved the place. A little home away from home. The extra little touches were thoughtful and kind. The amenities came in clutch. When family came to pick me up they thought the place was perfect as well. Would love to stay here again next time I am back in town.

It may be a studio, but great things come in small packages. This unit has everything one would need for a stay in St Petersburg. Major plus...location, location, location. Walking distance to Vinoy Park and all things downtown, including The Pier. Cool plus...private balcony that provides extra space. Quiet neighborhood, and walkable everywhere

This is a hidden gem in a vintage building right in the heart of downtown St Pete. Restaurants, coffee places and other shops are nearby. Quick access to 275. Host provided good quality linens and towels. The space was clean. The bed was comfortable. Enjoy coffee on the walk out flat roof. Good value.

Great location (from a former local)

This place is lovely! Great location for Downtown pedestrian excursions. If walking isn't your gig, it's a cheap ride to all things DTSP. The little studio was a welcome nest to land in after each long day. I will be back!

Searching for a home

This property was perfect in the sense it allowed me to walk the area in which I am searching for a condo on the water. I got a really good feel for location. It was safe and very quiet at night. The unit was perfect. It was better than advertised.

We would do it again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything we could possibly use. Easy walk to the pier or to downtown Saint Pete. Off street parking also a plus. However, once we found out, it was only a double bed, we decided to take a blowup bed and I’m glad we did. The bed isn’t really conducive to a good night sleep for two people in their 70s. My wife took the bed. I took the blowup and we were fine. The only thing I might look into was every time you shut the fridge, The freezer door popped open. You always needed to check and make sure that the freezer door was closed. we would definitely come back sometime.

Great Stay!

Exactly what we were looking for - a place to sleep in a good location. Perfect for a single person and a couple. Bathroom is a good size for the unit and loved the balcony. Only issue we had was with the address. We were given 1st St. NE instead of 1st St. N.

A Wonderful Place to stay

This apartment is cosy and welcoming, and everything you would need for a visit. It suited me perfectly as I was one person. The location is so walkable to the downtown area so you are able to enjoy the vibe down there and then return to a quiet and safe place to catch your breath!Communication with the owner was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment.
