"My Sunshine on the Bay" is a beautifully restored cottage built between 1940 and 1950. The home was well maintained throughout the years which kept most of its original features intact. It's located in a quiet community on Pierre Part Bay just 2 minutes from Lake Verret. Great area for all water sports and the fishing is great also! Bring your bike and tour the rural town of Pierre Part or relax on the swing by the bay and watch the eagles, pelicans and other wildlife feeding nearby. For you fisherman, there is a boat launch and bait shop just steps away. There's plenty of room on the cottage grounds to park your boat or dock your boat next to the floating pier on our bay site area.
