Close to downtown Clearwater

The property is in a great location. It’s really easy to get around from there. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the closet was amazing! The sectional sofa was super comfy! The patio overlooks the pool so it’s very convenient. A great place to stay!

Relaxation at its best !

Location was wonderful. Size of unit was perfect! Proximity to the pool is ideal but can get loud with the kids ( I didn’t hear in the unit but one night on the porch was loud ) kitchen had all the essentials !

Excellent condo, amenity, location. Out of busy beach hub, easy access, clean, friendly, great pool, good gym, sooooooo clean and well appointed. We will recommend and stay again!

The condo has absolutely everything you will need, there was so much attention to detail! The bed was divine, pool was perfect and the location is close to everything. Love the walk in closet with plenty of hangers, extra sheets and pool towels. We will be back!!

Great Location

This place was really nice, very clean, and everything you would need for your stay. The pool was amazing it was clean and the water was warm. The owner responded very quickly to any questions and was very accommodating. The location is close to the beach, and I would recommend staying here.

Great vocation unit and top property management

We really enjoyed our one week stay in this unit. We had a bathroom issue, and the property manager Margaret resolved it on the same day. Margaret inquired again the next day to make sure that the problem didn't reoccur, which it didn't for the remainder of our stay. The common area such as the pool was clean and sufficient seating etc was available. We didn't use the fitness center so we can't rate here. The location is great and within walking distance to a restaurant and other facilities. Publix is just about 3 car minutes away. We will stay here again the next time we visit Clearwater.

Cozy and Clean

Beautiful and quiet place to stay at, everything is clean, neat, labeled and organized. The pool is big and also close by, but we spent most of our time at the beach which is not far away either. Everything that you need on your vacation is right here. It was wonderful, we truly enjoyed it, thank you!!!

Best Condo Ever

This was our first time renting this property & all i can say is WOW!! From the time we unlocked the door on day #1 it was VERY clean & well stocked! Also beautifully decorated. The hostess thought of everything imaginable all the way down to microwaveable popcorn for us to enjoy. The bed was SUPER comfy, more than enough closet space for my hubby & I!! And the location was close to any and everything in Clearwater! We will DEFINITELY rent here again! All we had to do was add our own groceries for the week.

Home away from home.

This was our 1st time visting Clearwater Florida. We had a really good time. The pool was close to our place and we had everything needed to function.

Clearwater vacation.

We were very happy with the unit and the complex. We liked the location as it was between all the beaches we wanted to visit. The unit owner did a great job providing everything you would need while there. She had beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers along with floats for the pool. She provided shampoo and soap for the shower. Again, we were very happy with her and her condo.

Amazing

The entire experience from booking to checkout was without issues. There was not anything we needed our entire stay. The condo & pool were amazing. Margaret was the best & answered every question very quickly! I would definitely recommend a stay!

Anything you thought you might need was provided. Very clean and close to the pool. We really enjoyed ourselves. Only critique was that tha mattress was too soft for our liking. We will stay here again!

Vacation getaway from April 10 to April 22

Our host was wonderful! Easy check in and check out. The place was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. My wife liked the shower area because there was a chair she could use to sit on. The washer and dryer was convenient to use. Really close access to the heated pool. Close drive to Clearwater Beach. We would love to book this room again. Thanks!!

First time to Clearwater

Clearwater is a great area. Lots of things to do and see.—So many parks and trails. Our rental property was very comfortable, and the owners followed up very quickly with the few minor problems that we experienced.

Wonderful Holiday Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Christmas break. The property was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the neighborhood was quite & peaceful. We go to Clearwater often and will definitely book this property again. The property manager was on top of everything and a great communicator- we had a seamless check-in. Everything was truly wonderful.
