The large doors of this room can be closed for privacy or to create a fully-enclosed bedroom.

After a day of skiing or exploring the town, retreat to one of the three well-appointed upstairs bedrooms, each offering a tranquil sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, spacious sitting area, desk, and large closet. The attached bathroom features a clawfoot tub and separate shower. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second has two twin-sized beds and an attached spacious deck to soak up the mountain sunshine. These guest bedrooms share an attached jack-and-jill bathroom. Sink into sumptuous bedding and let the gentle mountain breeze lull you to sleep.

PLEASE NOTE:

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- PETS: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. We charge a pet rent for each pet, per night and your pet fee will automatically calculate on your booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $1,000 fine per pet. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
