The home is a creative work/live/event space. All the art in the home is created by the hottest Dallas artists (yes, you can buy any piece!).

Most weeks, the home is a content space for artists and creatives. We host celebrity events, music videos, fashion shows, writing camps and listening parties. On the weekends, we provide luxury overnight stays for an immersive artistic experience.

The Elev8 Art House is centrally located in the prestigious Knox Henderson neighborhood. 5 minutes from Deep Ellum, Uptown, Lower Greenville, West Village, Highland Park and Downtown Dallas.

We are about 35 minutes from DFW and 15 minutes from Love Field.

Unobstructed downtown views and 3 large southern facing balconies make this home an outdoor/indoor fantasy!

The home features 3 king Tempur-Pedic mattresses. We have a queen mattress that can be moved throughout the home (although most choose to sleep in the extremely large master closet.)

75" Sony OLED in the master is a great place to enjoy a movie or game! We also have 2 Bang & Olofsson a9 speakers that allow you to enjoy music throughout the home.
