This condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The balcony was amazing. It was larger than I expected and the furniture was so comfortable. The pool area just blew me away. The ease of getting to our condo and to the beach was like no other. The set up here is wonderful! I will definitely be staying here again.

Condo was as advertised. Nice view. Small problem with drainage in the showers and master sink. One if the pools abd the splash area for the kids is under maintenance si we were not able to use those. However, the main pool was not that busy anytime we went.

Broken murphy bed—never fixed despite multiple requests

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible customer service. Called ECDI immediately upon arrival about broken pin making it impossible to lower the Murphy bed in the 3rd bedroom. Contacted them 4 times total over multiple days via phone and email to have it fixed, and I was told a maintenance member would fix it. I finally gave up and one of our family had to sleep on the couch for five nights because nobody came to fix it (probably fixable in less than a minute with basic tools). Very disappointing that a basic request that is clearly the owner’s responsibility to fix was ignored. I wasted money renting a 3 bedroom condo since only two were usable. I hope someone in management at ECDI reviews these reviews—there were serious failures on your part during our stay.

Great place to relax and unwind

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was beautifully appointed, the bathrooms and kitchen looked like it was fairly recently updated. The deck was a delight; I could spend the rest of my life sitting there looking at the water.

The beach place

We so enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, loved the balcony. Sat out there and read, watched the dolphins and enjoyed the sunsets. It was a great place to stay and enjoy the sunshine, the beach and the gulf. Truly beautiful.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the beach and ocean. There were a couple of minor inconveniences. There was no trash can in the main bathroom and only one trash bag in the kitchen. We will just have to remember to pack those on our next trip.
