Beautifully updated 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Ranch in Sunnyside in Vermilion. Completely updated inside and out! Enjoy the huge Living Room and Master Bedroom with giant skylights in the middle of the room. Guest bedroom features full size trundle bed. This home is located close to two beaches, Showse Park beach and one just around the corner at the end of Woodside Ave. Access to major routes, marinas, restaurants, and short drive to shopping. Tritoon boat optional available to rent!

Living quarters were exactly as described, very comfortable and cozy. Clean and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a quiet neighborhood just off the beaten path.

Very easy process, access and communication with the host. A lovely, comfortable place to stay, with many amenities, including tons of coffee options, which we really appreciated! We were very busy visiting our daughter at college so didn't have a lot of time to spend in the house, but when we did it was extremely comfortable and sparking clean. Would stay there again for sure.

This is a comfortable and well-provisioned home, that is walking distance to the lake and close to restaurants, old town, and stores.Note that the gas-log fire place in the living room does not appear to be in working order. Also, the switch for the garage exterior lights is located oddly in the bathroom.

Weekend Getaway

We had a very enjoyable weekend in your cute little town. We enjoyed the flowers, the water, the shops and the food. We also enjoyed the wineries. The house was very clean and accommodating.

Charming Little Cottage!

We had a very nice stay here at this remodeled cottage in Vermilion, Ohio. The house was very clean and inviting; perfect accommodations for my husband and our Boxer.

Quiet Holiday Weekend

Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Property was very, very clean. Kitchen has everything you will need to make yourself at home. Overall, great place to stay and the price was more than fair.

Wrestling and Cedar Point

Great property short distance from Lake Erie and plenty of local eats and shopping. Cute downtown... we'll be booking for a fishing trip with my boys.

House was clean and would have been comfortable however the furnace wasn’t working and the temperature was in the 50’s making it much too cold. I informed the owner after the first night and they explained that the gas company would have to come out, but that it was a holiday weekend. After two nights I couldn’t take the cold any longer so I cut my vacation short. The owner than had the audacity to charge me for 3 nights, even though I was only there for two, without heat! Never again!
