Dog must be completely cleaned up after, fully house trained, on a leash at all times when not in fenced area. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on the furniture. Guest is responsible if there is any damage caused by their pet.

Other things to note
The house is part of a 3-unit property. It does not share any walls with other units.

One side of the house fronts the driveway parking for the other units. The guest at this house is only allowed street parking. Street parking is easy to come by in the area.

We require government issued ID, proof of income, travel nurse or other employment contract, landlord references and a signed rental agreement upon booking. Please message us first if staying for longer than 5 months, as we will also require background and credit check.

No smoking, no unregistered guests and no parties.
