THINGS TO KNOW:
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Parking notes: You'll find parking for 2 cars. Guest can either park in the driveway or in front of the home on the street. No Garage Access
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $80/day) with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
