The Space:
Open concept living room, kitchen and dining room.
KITCHEN: stocked with all your basic cooking needs and stainless steel appliances. For convenience, a toaster, microwave, and coffee machine with complimentary coffee and sugar provided.
DINING ROOM: Open concept from the kitchen with a big dining room table and seating for 6 people. The deck is off the dining room providing a bit of outdoor space.
LIVING ROOM: Open to the kitchen and dining room, the living room is a nice space to sit and watch your smart tv or enjoy the gas fireplace on a chilly night!
OFFICE: The office is located on the main floor just off the front entrance to the property. The room has double doors that can close for complete privacy while working on the go.
HALF BATH: There's a half bath also located on the main floor for convenience and stocked with toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and hand soap.
BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms located on the second floor. All bedrooms come with queen beds, extra bedding, and a closet with hangers for storage.
PRIMARY BEDROOM: large bedroom with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy.
3RD BATHROOM: Full bathroom on the second floor with a bathtub/shower combo and lots of space to move around. Stocked with toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and hand soap.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Laundry room is located on the same floor as the bedrooms for simplicity. Complimentary laundry soap and dryer sheets provided for your use during your stay.
GARAGE: There is a double garage at the back of the property for your use. Please note, the garage is not heated and is detached from the property. Once you enter the back yard, you are in a common space shared with the lower level suite.
DECK: This property has a front veranda and a back deck for your use during your stay. These two areas are for your private use, however, the back yard is shared with the lower suite, where they park and walk to their private entrance located at the side of the property.
Please note that this is a private upper suite. There is a lower private suite on the basement level of this home. You have no common spaces, however, the back yard is where the downstairs guest parks and walks to their private entrance.
Sorry this home is pet free. There have been pets staying at the property in the past for those who do suffer from pet allergies.

Guests have access to entire upper suite. Guests will also have access to the double detached garage and both decks.

Quiet, family friendly Countryside North. Easy access to parks, trails, shopping and schools.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, there is a separate suite located on the basement level. The lower suite has it's own private entrance at the side of the house. No common areas inside the property.
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests must be submitted 24-hours before check-out time and may be subject to additional fees)
SNOW SCHEDULE: There is a shovel and ice melt for your convenience at your door. We have a professional service who will come around after 2 inches of snow fall to clear the path to the door and clear the sidewalk.
