DO NOT STAY HERE!
This was the WORST VRBO rental I’ve ever had! First, the host will say ‘we disclosed in our ad,’ but they didn’t fully disclose. They had one elevator in the main hotel tower. We were on the 18th floor, I believe there were 19 or 20 floors. The elevator had a person sitting on a chair operating it because the elevators apparently get stuck often. It was so bad that staff were ushering us to the service elevator which interrupted housekeepers from their duties. At one point, we decided to take the stairs but they only went to the 2nd floor and we couldn’t get down to the lobby. BTW, the elevator call button panel was hanging with exposed wires. After searching back hallways from a slasher movie, we found another tower & one working elevator. They only clean your room if you ask call the front desk & request it. The first day, I called three times & no answer. So I had to go to the front desk. BTW no one told me I had to call EVERY time I wanted cleaning. Only to call if we needed anything. Like more paper thin towels? They charge a resort fee so you can have 2 bottles of water at arrival, use the safe that requires nothing special, & use the gym that’s never open. The ad makes it look decent but it is all fabricated. Most amenities were unavailable. The pool and outside patio areas were closed. They leave bags of trash and towels in the halls. We were charged 3 times their regular room rate + plus the resort fee. This place shouldn’t be your LAST resort!
