This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Great location

The location along the Gulf was perfect, less crowded than most. The on/site bar and grill was fantastic. And they had 5 working elevators!!

Charming comfortable place with beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets and fireworks 🎆. The kids loved the pools and beach and we had great times at shell island and walking the beach during the double red flags we searched for shells and played at the pool and hot tubs. They had an impressive fireworks display.

Overall nice, Needs SCRUBBED!

The room is nice, however, the bunk bed area is FILTHY!!! The walls and ceiling above the bunks were black from where people have put their feet all over. And there was an Apple produce sticker up on the wall too. I had to buy cleaning products so that I could scrub the walls on the bottom bunk area before I would let my kids even sit there. There was a hair ball on the side of the bottom bunk mattress, a hair ball ON the pillow of the main bed, and a HUGEEE hair WAD bigger than my fist on the floor under one of the blue chairs. The couch really needs to be washed or replaced bc it’s gross and dingy. After I had to make adjustments for the filth of the room, we had a great time. The location is amazing, the view is breathtaking, the walk to the beach is short, the elevators are SO fast and the pool is great. I would just recommend that the owners give it a fresh coat of paint or scrub down the walls and under bunk mattresses, and do something about the dirty couch. It would have made our stay a 10/10 instead of being grossed out for the whole first day. If those things happened, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Otherwise, I’d find a different room in the same resort.

Very secure nice place

Great view, good location. Just wish a few more items were supplied in kitchen like a few more spoons to use in non stick pans, and a few plastic mixing bowls. Overall great family vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic!

I know this sounds crazy but the fact that I rarely had to wait more than 45 seconds for the elevator was amazing! The pool was the perfect temperature day and night and the staff was so friendly. The room was beautiful and I definitely will be booking again!

Fall break

The construction that was taking place should have been noted and the guards were a little over protective of the kids playing in the pool. Too over bearing. Also was told by guards that I would damage a car with luggage carrier and I would be liable like I never travel with luggage rack on back. Other than that it was ok

Was perfect for what I needed!

I took my 72 year old grandmother to the beach for the first time and I am so glad I chose this place for our stay! It was super clean and check in was quick and easy. I had thought it was a little closer to pier park in my mind but it was super close to a grocery store which worked out even better. We really enjoyed our time!

PCB girls trip!

I came down to PCB with 3 of my girlfriends for a week getaway. We thought this place was just so cute on VRBO. The check in guy through Royal American at their front desk was great. I believe his name was Nyles. We were EXTREMELY disappointed that the entire time we were there we were unable to use the balcony. It was under construction and had no prior warning or idea that we would not be able to use it. I guess we just got unlucky that it happened to be our balcony, the week we were there. Would have much rather moved rooms and been able to enjoy the view from more than just the window!
