このユニットは10階にあります。

スターリングリーフは、家族全員に最適なウォーターパークであるシップレック島まで徒歩圏内のフロントビーチロードにあります。 複数のウォータースライダー、プール、流れる川で、シップレック島は暑さを和らげるのに最適な方法です。


より複雑！ 湾岸の素晴らしいエメラルドグリーンの海を見下ろす大きなバルコニー。 このバケーションコンドミニアムには、2つのプライベートベッドルームと2つのバスルームがあります。

オーシャンフロントのマスターベッドルームからは、メキシコ湾の壮大な景色とバルコニーへのスライド式ガラス扉があります。 フラットスクリーンテレビとキングサイズベッドがあります。 庭の浴槽とシャワーのコンボ付きの専用バスルームもあります。

二次寝室には、クイーンサイズのベッドと、ツインサイズのベッド2台とフラットスクリーンテレビのある二段ベッドがあります。

Comfortable, relaxing, great views

Great beach, great views, comfortable beds, sufficient kitchen accessories. We enjoyed the southern hospitality and the beach was amazing. Great for families.

Nice Peaceful Week At Sterling Reef

Annual Fall Break getaway but first time at Sterling Reef. Great location and the design of all the Sterling buildings is great. ECDI was great to work with, easy in and easy out.

Beautiful condo, perfect views, great access to everything. The only issue was Lots of sand and black feet after not being there very long. One of the kids beds had a lot of sand on the comforter and there was sand on the couch. It was easily cleaned up, but was a nuisance to start the trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Location

We had a great time in PCB! The unit was nice and clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool. We loved that the beach was right there and all the stores were close by. We will definitely be returning!

This was the perfect size condo and we really enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Reef! There was an initial concern regarding house keeping, as there was still an overwhelming amount of sand throughout the unit including all over the master bedroom bedding! However! This was quickly and promptly resolved when we reached out to the unit owner and made them aware. Our unit was thoroughly vacuumed and all linens were replaced.

Loved it!

Loved the condo! It's decorated cute and met our needs. Also, it gets extra stars because there's not another structure to the right side of the building, so everyone is not crammed up on top of one another on the beach.

Would stay again

Very clean updated space. The view to the ocean can’t be beat. The only 1 complaint is that the master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Outstanding beach

Very nice area, wonderful beautiful beach. Condo nice, well equiped kitchen. Balcony very large with 3 good chairs and a table. The couch needs to be replaced ASAP. The 2nd bedroom is very small. Area is good for restaurants, bars and shoppers.

Was enough room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Perfect location. Could be cleaner. The biggest problem we had was the bands used around the property. Had to cut my youngest child’s off of her.

Vacation

This vacation with family was awesome. The location and beach is great. The only thing I did not like was the condo cleanliness, it almost seemed like the cleaning crew left in the middle of there work. The floors were dirty , there was a cleaning rag left on the table, windows were not washed , there were some clothes left from other people on floor, and I had to wipe down end tables.

Nice condo

Upon arrival condo had not been cleaned yet by the housekeepers so our check in time was about a hour later than scheduled. It was nice and had a great view. Only thing I didn’t like was there was not enough space in the kitchen to put food. All cabinets had dishes in them. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay Excellent customer service.

We had 2 families with toddlers. This place was Perfect location between Anderson beach park and the Pier park. Great view from the balcony. Right next to another pier so we had enough waves breaking towards that side and calm water a little away. Rental property was well stocked with everything and more.walkning distance to water park. Best part was prompt customer service with a direct line to Paula who took care of everything. Will definitely try to stay again.

Thank you for your very kind review. You were our very first rental in this condo as we just took over the management. The owner comes down and stays in the condo a lot and takes pride in keeping it in very very nice. We agree that the Sterling Reef is a great location between Thomas Drive and Pier park right across from Shipwreck waterpark. Please let us know when you would like to come back to Panama City Beach.
