As you step inside, the inviting main floor welcomes you with a cozy living area. Adjacent to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with seating for 4. A convenient full bathroom, with glass shower, and laundry area completes the main level, combining ease and functionality for your stay.
Upstairs, two bedrooms await, each featuring a workspace/ desk and plush queen-sized beds for a restful night's sleep. A second full bathroom provides both privacy and convenience, while a dedicated gym area ensures you can maintain your fitness routine while traveling.
With complimentary street parking just steps away, exploring Columbus is a breeze. PLEASE READ ALL RULES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING. BOOKING CONFIRMS AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS.
SUMMARY • Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. • No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance. • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence. • Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation. • Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable). • Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras. • Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE • Please treat the property as you would your own home. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors. • In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours. • No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved. • The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside). • Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc. • Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation. • Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed. • Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits. • For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200). • For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet. • Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. • All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. • Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. • Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR • Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points. • Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices. • Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation. • Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported. • Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS • Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft. • We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
