The location was ideal for what we were looking for with a short walk to the beach and nice neighborhood. The area of beach was relatively secluded and felt like our own private beach which worked out very well! House was clean and accommodated our group well.

This property was apparently listed for less than expected based on a VRBO platform error and I was informed after I booked the property. With that said, the owner gave a fair discount for the July 4th weekend. We simply wanted a space close to the beach for my wife and 3 young, adult kids and this hit the spot. Quiet neighborhood and the house had all the amenities. We used the outdoor grill, the basement ping pong, and the garage was a great space to transfer from vehicle to house each day after the beach.Early Saturday morning on the 4th, I watched a deer navigate the back yard within 10 feet from the deck. This home fulfilled every need we had and then some. I’m sure we’ll be back!!
