Excellent property
Really nice place. Not so nice that you were afraid you were going to mess something up though. The host was great, we left a computer behind and they setup a way for us to easily get the computer. When we arrived there was a little care package to make s’mores. The outdoor living space was great, tons of refrigerator and freezer space too with two full size fridges. Great walk down to the water, my kids loved skipping rocks on the water and we could easily pull the boat in and pick people up and drop them off at the house. Very convenient to Eden isle marina and heber springs marina. Nothing negative I can say about our stay. With little ones the single story house was great for safety on the 5,3, and 1 year old. The garage was really cool with ping pong, foosball, and tvs, but we were to tired from the lake most days to use it.

Amazing Lake Property!
I’ve stayed at several properties around Heber and this is by far my favorite. It is tucked away on a wooded hill side with a beautiful lake view and access. The property is immaculate and well designed for large parties. You can tell the owners have put a lot of their heart and soul into making this a unique experience for their guest. The kitchen and living room is spacious and comfortable. By far my favorite area where we spent most of our time was the large outdoor deck that included an outdoor kitchen, that was covered and included two TVs and a bar. I cannot say enough about this property.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!!!
What a beautiful house to kick back and relax! Great location with only being a short drive from Heber Springs. Any shopping our supplies you may need are close. The house is VERY CLEAN. We had several kids with us, ranging from 2-13. The house fit us very well. Very kid friendly with the game room and a large deck that has gates on the entrances. The outdoor kitchen was a hit! We spent most of our time enjoying the views from the deck. Even when the temps were hot, the deck was comfortable with nice shade and plenty of ceiling fans. The host was very quick to respond with any questions I had. There is plenty of room for parking with a boat. The road leading to the house has recently been paved. The road is a bit narrow and steep. Use caution while traveling and you'll have no issues. We will return as we have found our new vacation home! Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home! Recommend 10/10 to stay here!

We have always loved the lake and raised our children going to the lake on weekends. We have owned a couple different properties on Greer Ferry lake. We had always wanted a home in this area and had the opportunity to purchase this home in 2017.

We love the Driftwood beach area because we have several friends close by and it is close to everything.

We especially love this home because of the access to the water and view. It was perfect for our family. We gutted and completely remodeled the home and it has a bedroom for us as well as our two adult children and spouses and all the grands have their own beds in the buck room.
We do want to remind guests that Greers Ferry Lake is a Corps of Engineers lake .
Army Corps of Engineers officials remind lake users that tying up boats along the shoreline and operating vehicles off authorized roadways on public property is prohibited.
Violators are subject to a range of penalties under the law for unauthorized activities.
Boat owners are also reminded that vessels left on the lake must be moored at either a commercial marina or a private dock. Otherwise, they must be removed from the lake and stored on private property, not on public land and not left on the shoreline. Boats left unattended on the shoreline can break loose during storms and become floating hazards, while others can become stranded when lake levels fall.
The Corps will patrol the lake to identify boats not in compliance. Boats remaining on the lake in violation of these rules may be impounded with the owner subject to citation. The Corps will also remove unauthorized buoys anchored in the lake.
Regulations also prohibit operation of vehicles off authorized roadways on project land. This applies to all vehicles, including four-wheel-drive, off road and all terrain vehicles. Driving off road destroys public property and degrades the shoreline. If caught, violators could be required to appear before a U. S. Magistrate in Federal Court.
If you see someone operating a vehicle off authorized roadways on public property, please notify the Corps at 501-362-2416. Try to obtain a license number or vehicle description, but do not try to apprehend or confront the person. The government will prosecute these acts.
