Spacious, newly renovated family home 35 minutes from NYC! Enjoy the small town vibe of Larchmont with big city access at your fingertips! No need for a car! Steps away from a Metro North train station, one of the best playgrounds in Larchmont and all the shops and restaurants Larchmont has to offer.

This well-appointed home has been lovingly remodeled and boasts 4 generously sized bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large eat in chef's kitchen to host your entire family, double sided fireplace, separate work space and much more!

First Floor: Chef's kitchen, spacious dining area with seating for 16, living room and large entertainment room with double-sided fireplace, dedicated office space, and full bath with a walk-in shower.

Second Floor: Four generously-sized bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 8 guests. Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and bidet. Second bedroom contains a bunk bed configured with a full/twin. Third bedroom contains 1 queen bed. Sleep like a princess in the fourth bedroom with a castle bed! Secondary full bath with tub/shower combination and double vanity. Washer/Dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.

Exterior: Off-street parking in private driveway, spacious and private front and back yards, steps away from Metro North Railroad station and Larchmont's beloved Turtle Park. Walk to local shops and restaurants and weekly seasonal farmer's market.

Please note: Weddings and events are allowed, but must be paid for separately. Additional guests are charged at $55/night and visitors to the property (under 6 hours) cost $35 per person. Content filming and large events allowed but must consult with host at booking or at least prior to check in to discuss cost and pay prior to event

Wonderful Stay!

Wow! I wish we could have stayed here more than just one night! The host was so accommodating of our last-minute reservation and provided friendly and thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. This home is stunning! Careful planning and top-of-the-line finishes clearly went into every detail of this beautiful family home and we were so comfortable in every space. Larchmont train station is just steps away and made our travel to NYC a breeze. The home truly has a park-like feel and the house is set so far back from the road that you can’t even hear road traffic, even though the property is within the village of Larchmont. The village had so many great restaurants and shops that we wish we had time to explore. Next time we are in town, we will be sure to book this home.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This is the personal home of myself and my children. In order to make it available on a regular time away from the home, all of our belongings remain in place. You are welcome to use the craft supplies in the craft cabinet in the kitchen and anything else that you may need. I would only ask that if you finish something, you replace it. This goes for pantry and spice cabinet stock as well. There are many toys in the family room and kids' bedrooms, as well as books, a Casio keyboard, and other musical instruments. This is a fully stocked, fully functional home that I am offering to families that are looking for a home away from home on their vacation to the city.

Content filming allowed, but must be reported and paid for beforehand. Price dependent on details.

Respectful get-togethers allowed on a conditional basis - please contact host with details for pricing.

Property manager lives on-site in the basement apartment and is available if needed. The driveway is shared with the basement apartment.
