EVERYONE that i came into contact with at this hotel was amazing! So nice, helpful, warm and friendly. Beautiful hotel and great location. So many theaters and restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

Hidden fees

The hotel's lobby, dining room, guest room, and public spaces were beautifully appointed and the front desk staff were attentive. The gym was down a circuitous corridor and a flight of stairs, so not the most inviting experience. Breakfast was tasty but overpriced, and there was an apparent lack of staff to take orders and prepare food. The thing that was most objectionable is that we were charged a mysterious "Guest Ammenities Fee" of 35/night as well as additional hotel taxes. These were not mentioned in the VRBO listing. Buyer beware.
