WELCOME TO THE HEART OF HOVE ! Minutes from the Station, the Park and the Shopping district and a short walk to the beach. I specialise in slightly longer stays of 3+ weeks and longer with this particular rental, as I am recovering from an illness and unable to do nightly changeovers.
A very rare opportunity to stay in a real one-off flat right in a highly desirable location right by Hove station (yet brilliantly you don't hear the trains!) This property feels like a little semi-detached house, being only attached by one room, with no one above and no one below, very private, as can be viewed in the pictures. So this makes it ideal for someone who is looking for peace and quiet, and with a walled garden surrounding the property, makes it very secluded. Click “More Details” below …

You can then appreciate that the property comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 persons in the bedroom’s Kingsize bed, plus 3 or 4 persons using the living room’s Kingsize Sofa Bed.

THE FRONT GARDEN which is both East and South facing, and therefore sunny. This oasis is enclosed and private. It has a paved area, plus several super soft, artificial grassed areas for fuss free maintenance and enjoyment.
The SEATING consists of a bistro TABLE + CHAIRS, as well as a large outdoor SOFA with DINING TABLE for 8 persons. This is a wonderful space and for the area is large; completely walled making it nice and secure, and is perfect for entertaining during summer.
THE REAR PATIO GARDEN is West facing and is also enclosed and private.
