Very close to the Disney Parks and when you get back home you can jump in the pool for a swim.

Everything was great, the owner replied to all my questions in very fast manner. He is very polite and very helpful.

Perfect Disney area pool home!

We chose this house for a fun mini getaway for our kiddos over the summer (we live just a few hours away). Our kids love to swim but we don’t have a pool, so we came to stay for a few days so they could have their own “pool house”! It was PERFECT! The house is spacious and clean, the master bed and bath is huge, and the pool and pool deck are a great size! We didn’t visit any parks during our stay, but if we had this would’ve been a great place to come home too. Check in and check out were a breeze as well. It is very clear that Arnie truly cares about his guests’ comfort, safety, and enjoyment. Instructions are very clear and personable. If we ever want to do another “pool house” getaway, we would not hesitate to return! This is a winner for sure.

Had everything we needed! Grocery store close, pool was awesome! After our adventures at the amusement parks everyday it was so nice to come back to home away from home!! Owner is super nice and helpful. Very responsive if you have any questions! Thank you for making our trip amazing! :)

Perfect!

When I first found this place on Vrbo, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Arnie is an incredibly thoughtful, gracious host. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town!

Christmas getaway

My wife and I enjoyed this home with our 3 children over the Holiday break. Everything was well organized and met all of our needs. The kids especially enjoyed the heated pool on the cooler days.

Actually close to magic kingdom

Clean house with ample room for 5 adults and 3 kids. Heated pool for still a bit chilly April (Kids loved it and moms also) Old school key box and door lock so easy entry-exit. Close to outlet stores, Walmart and Publix as well as Disney World. Master bed is plush as a Hilton bed. I slept excellent. Caution when stepping into the master bath shower. It’s deceptively deeper than entry floor level. So it’s easy to misstep and slip. WiFi was Xfinity strong so multiple devices streaming and gaming...no problem. It’s a nice home for the price point and location. And home owner Arnie is reasonable along with accommodating to us as first time house renters.

Great golf getaway

All the comforts of home, perfect for our winter golf break. The house is located close to golf courses and any other activity you may want. The owner could not be more accommodating, he's great to work with! We cant wait to come back we loved the house, see you next winter!

Great Time in Orlando

Clean, well organized and stocked.

Loved the house! It’s close proximity to Disneyworld. This owner anticipated our every need from games for the children to a well stocked pantry. We did have a problem on day 4 of our stay where the city block lost power for a few hours, early in the morning. We went to the magic kingdom that gay and upon returning, found the house temperature to be 84 degrees. I checked the thermostat and it was calling for 84 degree temperature. I was able to manually turn down the temperature to 72. And we went to sleep. The next morning upon getting ready for the day, could tell the temperature was to high. At this point, I sent Arnie a email explains what was happening. I had barely sent off the message when Arnie was calling. He advised that the back up batteries in the thermostat had failed to maintain its set points, and he reprogrammed the thermostat and we experienced no further problems. Being a fellow vacation rental owner VRBO # 118848, I can understand how problems arise, and what really impressed me is how quickly Arnie took care of the situation. If we find ourselves back in Kissimmee, we will definitely stay again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

My family and I feel very fortunate to have found this great house to stay in for our trip to Disney World. It met our every need, and did so at a very good price - approximately what we would have paid for the cheapest hotel rooms at the Disney resorts. There were five adults (my wife and I and three children), so the four bedrooms and two baths were a great help. The private pool was great, and very secluded from other houses. The house itself was nicely furnished, had everything a family could possibly need (including supplies and entertainment), and was very clean. In addition, it was in a quiet neighborhood and only a 15-20 minute ride to all the Disney attractions. We would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the Orlando area.

Great rental for our Spring Break

My family of 6 enjoyed 6 nights in this rental for spring break. Upon entering I noticed the newer floors. I wished they would have carried through the bedrooms instead of carpet. The master bed I thought could have been softer. The rental was clean. Arnie and the management team were amazing to work with before and during our stay. We have rented before in the area and it did not compare. Arnie was on top of things and very informative about procedures and what was included in the house. The pool deck was spacious and had lots of chairs which we loved. The house was great and was plenty of room for our family of 6.

My kids and I had a great time at this well-appointed home! It was both spacious and cozy at the same time, and provided us with the ideal, relaxing vacation that we were looking for. The heated pool was great, as the kids were in there every day, for hours at a time! Arnie is a great host - very responsive, full of helpful information, and gracious. The location of the home was also very convenient not just to the Disney parks, but to shopping and groceries. I would definitely recommend this home to others looking to stay in the Orlando area!

Beautiful stay In Kissimmee

This spacious house met all our expectations and more. We thought there were 3 bedrooms but it had four so our two single persons in the party had their rooms to themselves. the house was very clean, fully functional and just three miles from Disney while being superbly located in a suburban neighborhood without back door neighbors. The management staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Wonderful family home! Exactly as advertised!

This was a fabulous Disney vacation for some of my children and all of my grandchildren. The house could not have worked better for us! We had between 7 and 9 people at all times, and found there was plenty of room for everyone. We saved so much money over the price for hotel rooms for that many, in addition to being able to cook our own breakfast, prepare a lunch to take along to the attractions, and make dinner at home a couple of times. 4 Children between the ages of 6 and 12 were delighted with the heated pool, and used it every day despite unseasonably cold weather! The house was clean and well-maintained. Well-equipped kitchen and baths -- they even provided shampoo and body wash! The owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay, answering many questions from me. I would definitely recommend this home to a family, or even several couples. It is very comfortable, and a short hop to all the Disney attractions (we visited all of them). A little further gets you to Universal Studios and SeaWorld. We really loved Disney and SeaWorld. Universal -- not so much. So, if you're going to the Orlando area, you can't do better than Picadilly Paradise!

Beautiful, well-equipped home

Picadilly Paradise is a beautiful, well-equipped home that is close to Disney World as well as restaurants, grocery stores and shopping areas. The amenities and high ceilings provided a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for my family. Picadilly Paradise was truly our home away from home. My family intends to stay at Picadilly Paradise when we return to the Kissimmee area next year for vacation. I highly recommend anyone looking for a wonderful rental home in the Disney area to stay at Picadilly Paradise.

What a Great Place

Excellent accommodations. Very clean with comfortable beds. Love the screened patio over the pool. All amenities included with great info on all the nearby places to visit. House large enough for our family reunion. Great info on Disney World. Great neighborhood close to everything. Would definately stay here again. Many thanks for a great time.

Delightful home!

We so enjoyed spending the week at Piccadilly Paradise! Very close to the action and all the fun activities, yet so delightfully quiet and private. Such a treat to return "home" after a day in the parks to a relaxing swim in the heated pool. The home offered everything we look for in a vacation rental and then some. We will definitely return the next time we are in Orlando.

Great home away from home family house

We were very happy with our experience with Arnie. The house is in a great location to everything Disney and more. The house has everything you need for a home away from home with a family. With Arnie's very comprehensive instructions we had no problems finding or accessing the house. Awesome trip and would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

The Picadilly house is a home away from home!

I love staying in Kissimee at the Picadilly house. It has everything we need, a home away from home. We save money on food by eating in, buying groceries and using the kitchen. The pool is excellent for when you need a day off from vacation and traveling around to the different tourist attractions. The house is perfected located near everything we love about the Orlando area! We will continue to stay here for our annual Florida vacation!

Didn't want to leave!

The house offers an excellent place to relax away from the hustle-and-bustle of the theme parks. The owner is incredibly-helpful, even providing directions for a little-known shortcut to Disney, and promptly responded to any questions we had. Location, amenities, and everything about the house was exactly as advertised. The pool is a wonderful luxury that we found ourselves using every day; it backs onto a nature reserve, creating an extra level of privacy. When we were debating staying here versus on-site at Disney, the bang-for-our-buck was the deciding factor, and we’re incredibly happy we made this decision. Next time we find ourselves in the area, this property will be our top choice.

A family of five, vacationing was always a problem. Most hotels had two beds so one child was left sleeping on a roll-a-way bed (don't see those anymore) or they slept three to a bed. As they grew older this wasn't going to work anymore. Then by chance we stumbled upon a vacation rental home and have never looked back. A fully equipped home with lots of bedrooms and amenities beats a hotel any day. We find that many families have no idea that you can rent a whole house as easily as a hotel, and you can rent by the night, week or month, too. We look to rent a vacation home whenever we travel. Definitely more bang for your buck!

Most of the vacation homes we looked at came up short. They were either too close to the other homes, too noisy of a location, too far from Disney World, and no view. We knew when we found this house which had everything we were looking for, that this was the one for our family. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and we're sure you will be as happy as we are when you stay in our home.

Less than 6 miles to Walt Disney World (that is our distance to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Park - well actually it is 5.3 miles via Google maps ;-) DisneyWorld is huge so enjoy the ride to all the other parks and shopping). And so quiet on our secluded pool deck with conservation overlook, you can hear a pin drop. We really offer the best of both worlds - close to the parks and the serenity of our conservation overlook when you just want to chill. There has been a lot of noise on the internet about hidden fees on some rental homes on VRBO. Let me be clear, that is NOT happening with my rental home. You pay me only the nightly rental and the cleaning fee. And I then pay the cleaner the same amount to clean the whole house whether "1 guest stays for 1 night" or "8 guests stay for 14 days". I pay VRBO their 3% transaction fee on your credit card charge. You pay VRBO upwards of 13% for their "Guest service fee" and you pay Florida their "13.5% Tourist Tax" and I get none of that money. When guests book directly with me they don't pay cleaning for stays of 5 nights or longer and they don't pay the VRBO guest service fee.
