The Space:
Newly remodeled 5-bedroom home (9 beds, 3 baths) packed with family-friendly fun! Enjoy a pool, jacuzzi, mini golf, cornhole, fire pit, arcade games, and TVs in every room. Spacious and perfect for groups, it's close to top restaurants and just a short drive to downtown, beaches, SeaWorld, the Zoo, and Balboa Park!

Guest Access:
The guests can use the entire home and backyard.

Other Things to Note:
Government ID is required to be sent to Host within 5 days booking and before start of reservation.

Pool can be heated for an additional $150/day.

Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring pets with you and specify the number of pets. Please be aware that there is a pet fee of $100 per pet. This fee is necessary to cover additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

Interaction with Guests:
Door codes will be sent a few days prior to your stay. We can be reached by phone or messaged through the Airbnb platform.
