Other Things to Note:
🔥 The wood-heated spa is open year-round for a truly unique experience! The private hot tub is heated in two steps: first, warming the water with a wood fire. If you’re unable to light the fire, you might not fully enjoy the hot tub. In winter, heating can take several hours, so the tub is usually ready starting from the second day of your stay — but trust us, it’s worth the wait! The smell of burning wood, the cedar hot tub, and the surrounding nature create a magical moment.
❗ We don’t offer pre-heating, and during extreme cold (below -20°C), the optimal temperature might not be reached. Expect 5 to 6 hours to heat it the first time, then it will warm up faster for the rest of your stay. In summer, if there’s a fire ban due to wildfire risk, the hot tub won’t be available.
🌲 Being deep in the forest, it’s normal to encounter wildlife, insects, or other small critters — this doesn’t reflect on the cleanliness of the property. Please keep doors closed to prevent them from entering the chalet.
⚡ An electric charging station is available at the estate’s Club House, at a rate of $25 per kW.
🍖 The BBQ is available from mid-May to mid-October.
