Guest Bedroom Downstairs: One Queen Bed
Additional Bedding: Sleeper Sofa in the Loft Area

Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through December 31, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Television: Cable TV in the Living Room
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas C1 is an end unit in the C Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Great spot for gamikies

Stayed here with daughter and grandkids, who lived the pool and waterslides . Was perfect for an extended family of 4 adults and 3 young jids

Favorite Place to Stay on the Big Island!

Staying here works so well with our family. With access to the Hilton resort, there is so much to do for all ages. The condo is always in great shape, well-equipped, and we always enjoy our stay here. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, comfortable home for family gathering!

Convenient location, lovely kitchen, everything we needed for beach fun (including masks, fins, snorkels). Very nice pool with shallow section for little ones to enjoy right out the back door.

Another Hawaiian place for GREAT Family memories

This was a corner unit with remarkable layout and spacious room for family of eight. The landscape is remarkable and great pool area (could have been a little larger around the pool for sitting). Waikoloa Resort is a beautiful area and 25-30 mins away from Kona (Which is good). Don't find Kona as appealing as it once was.

Loved the location, easy walk to grocery store , shopping and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Nice having beach items available for use. Hilton pool pass is a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!!

Great family condo

I was so glad I booked this condo. It was just the right size for our family of 8 adults. Everyone had their own space and if they needed to get out they could go to the nearby shops and restaurants. Everything was in good working order and there was lots of beach gear. Would definitely book again!

Loved our Hawaiian home

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. This house has everything you need for a beautiful vacation. We stayed here for two weeks and we were sad to go. House is clean and in a very convenient location. I would recommend this house to anyone. We had such a beautiful time.

Perfect location

We had the best experience staying in this property. Close to pool, walking distance to beaches and easy access to Hilton Waikoloa. Loved having a day pass to Hilton for the pools, dolphins and we saw turtles in the lagoon. Dinner at Lava Lava Club with beautiful sunsets. Also, property was a 5 minute drive to golf. Thank you!

Beautiful place

This condo was absolutely amazing!! It was a warm and inviting place. It had all the essentials you need to feel right at home. The garage was stocked with everything you would need at the beach. Our favorite was the swimming pool. It was never over crowded and the water was warm.

Spacious and Clean

We loved this condo! Perfect for our family of six. It was clean and felt luxurious. What we appreciated most was the amenities and supplies. Having beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers made our beach hopping so enjoyable. We liked staying north of Kona because of all the beautiful beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This was our first time on the Big Island. The townhouse was very spacious . It gave us room to spread out and grandchildren had plenty of room to play. It was nice to be near the pool. Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance which made it very nice. Hilton pool pass was a big plus. We enjoyed going there. The owners Sheri and Lars were absolutely awsome ,they replied back very fast on any questions we had. We had such an enjoyable time staying at the Waikoloa Beach Villas . I would definitely recommend this my family and friends!

Relaxing quite neighborhood

The property was easy to find and everyone around was very friendly. It was in a nice gated community right next to a shopping center that is within walking distance. The house was easy to check into and the communication with the owners was excellent. They provided us with a list of activities that we could do in the area as well as were very helpful and any questions that we might’ve had. Overall the place was very nice and had everything that we needed including laundry soap, garbage bags, and additional things that you were unable to travel with.

Fabulous property in perfect location!

We just left this excellent property and can't say enough about it. Three bedrooms and great layout made for more than adequate room for five adults. The property is very well equipped and maintained. The location is great right across from Queen's Shopping and Starbucks literally a few steps away! We would highly recommend this property to anyone! The passes to the Hilton resort provide an excellent access to a top rate pool and resort as well. Not to be missed are!! Lava Lava happy hour, Hawi ziplining and drive on Saddle Road to Hilo and Volcanoes National Park. We even got toe experience an earthquake! Thank you for a fabulous week in beautiful Waikoloa.

Place as described

No issues at all with the stay. Appears to be mostly rental units in this condo area. Property is managed by Resortica Hawaii and I didn't have any interaction with them outside of checking in and out. This unit is higher priced than other units in this same development. The Shell gas station that is close to the development is way overpriced ...try and fill up elsewhere. Pool was great and the close by restaurants / market were walk-able from this unit.

Waikoloa Labor Day weekend stay

All was good accept for a bad bed frame that was faulty for my daughter and her companion to sleep on in that bed in the 2nd bedroom. My daughter and her companion slept on the couches downstairs for that night. I contacted the property manager by email that evening and the manager made contact with me the very next morning and dispatched a staff member to come and repair it promptly. The manager and staff member response was much appreciated. Everything else was great Aside of that inconvenience. Not sure if I can get a discount for that issue. It was just an unforeseen condition.

Fun in Paradise

The condo was perfect for a family of 8 or any group smaller. The layout was great and not too much furniture to clutter up the place. Kitchen came with everything including 2 coffee makers which came in really handy when comparing different Kona coffees from the island. The location is wonderful, close to everything, shopping and beach. Sunsets on the beach most nights and then a short walk back for dinner. The property butts up against the pool and vegetation so good secluded sight for kids to run. The pool was used almost every day. A wonderful condo, in a paradise setting, wanted to stay longer, but back to the snow we must go. Thanks for everything.

Great location and loved the layout of this home!

We loved the location!! Close to shops and easy drive to Hapuna Beach Waimea and Kona. The mile walk to the beach was so enjoyable to watch the sunset each night! However the carpet really needed a deep cleaning and the some of the vertical blinds were broken and the fridge makes an occasional loud noise!! The ants were an issue in the kitchen so no food could be left out. Don’t get me wrong...we would stay here again but those are the issues that we felt needed to be addressed. The layout and quietness of the inside was great!!! The early risers didn’t disturb anyone else!! We LOVED that the pool was right outside our door and we felt safe to walk each morning around the complex!

Location, location, location!

Quick and easy drive from airport, close to all the amenities of Waikaloa (shops, restaurants, Marriott, Hilton ect). Spacious and accommodating for a large group, outdoor kitchen was a dream with semi private lawn and easy access to the community pool. Safe and quiet complex with coded gate entry. Garage parking for one vehicle and its loaded with beach gear (snorkels, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, noodles and umbrellas) so dont bring your own. Had a hard time figuring out A.C. after we tripped the door sensor. The unit was clean, but could benefit from a good carpet shampoo or replacement. Had great stay here and would reccomend to friends looking for accommodations in the area.

Clean, Large, well-stocked kitchen, lots of goodies in garage

The property itself was just as described. There were lots of pots and pans for cooking, spices, saran wrap, 2 complimentary starter coffee packets, serving dishes, and paper towels. There were no facial tissues or napkins. The freezer had ice packets to use in their picnic coolers. A lot of snorkel gear, umbrella, beach toys and 8 beach chairs in the garage. My only complaint was that the final price for the condo was literally double the advertised price online. This is not the owners fault, it is just all the cleaning and taxes, etc. fees. I loved the location, condo furnishings, Hilton Pool Pass, etc., but it was the hidden fees that we were not pleased with. I am not exaggerating when I say the final price was doubled. We were there 5 nights.

Pack your bags! Waikoloa Beach Villas, Home away from Home.

We were living in style, for 10 days. This property is located in a gated secure community and has all that you need to make your stay in Hawaii, that much better. There were seven of us on this trip. Five adults and two teen age boys. The kitchen was equipped with all the luxuries you would have at home. Very inviting furniture and comfortable beds with plenty of linens, including beach towels . The garage is stocked with boogie boards 4+, beach chairs 7+, umbrellas 3+, noodles to float on, snorkel gear, and water shoes if needed, all in very good condition. Location is prime, you are able to walk to Queens and Kings shopping center, not to mention the nice walk to Lava Lava club. My husband and son are big golfers and played the King's course one day and Beach course the next. The Hilton passes for 6 is a bonus. I recommend driving, because the walk is a little far, so having the parking pass was an added benefit. We spent half of our time at their amazing lagoon and pools. There is also a shuttle that you can pick up at the shopping center and take to the Hilton. The owner Shari has created a folder of her favorites to do while on the island, this was a big help when trying to decide which beaches to go to or activities to try. I was thrilled to walk to Kings shopping center on Farmers Market day! The management and Shari were helpful and enjoyable to work with, they truly take pride in making your stay here as pleasurable as possible. I highly recommend staying here.
