Cozy urban retreat at a condo in Makati. Enjoy a cozy stay right in the heart of the city at the Gramercy Residences - a minute's walk to malls, bars, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Plus, it's one of the tallest buildings in the Philippines, so you'll have awesome views of the city skyline and stunning sunsets by Manila Bay.
The main attraction of the building is its Skypark (36th floor), it has multi-level infinity edge pools, lagoon pools, a designer restaurant, health club, café, spa, and more.
IMPORTANT! To get around the property building, you need your own key card. Cost is 350 PHP ($6 US) or 500 PHP ($10 US) on Sundays & Holidays [production fee, non-refundable, payment collected at the property].
This gives you unlimited access to the amenities, elevators, unit floor and connecting Century Mall.
Amenities include full gym, lap pool, kiddie pool, infinity pool, sauna, etc.
