Bragha Apartment
The reservation was made for the apartment on beach road, however after i made my reservation on Vrbo, the property manager contacted me and informed me that i am being moved to one of their other properties in Anaji because the apartment for which i had reserved was being renovated which annoyed me because if that was the case, then it should not be on Vrbo. Not only that but i felt the money i paid for the Bragha Apartment on Beach Road was more than what i got at the other property in Anaji. Talking directly with the property managers was a bit uncomfortable to me. Breakfast was included in my reservation, however i never once ate any breakfast. The pool was not ready for me to use because the pool cleaner was not available for the days that i was there which is unacceptable. There should be more than one pool cleaner. I was not satisfied at all with my stay because what was advertised and the reality does not match. I was a bit disappointed.
