The property was perfect for our needs.Very large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. The unit was clean and conveniently located, excellent communication and easy check in. Could not ask for more

It was a wonderful experience. We went to do some bicycling and there were many beautiful trails near Magog and one which started practically outside our door through a lovely park by the lake. The host was responsive to our needs and this was very much appreciated. Spacious rooms and very quiet. (For anyone bringing bikes, there is a covered porch at the back which was perfect for the four ebikes we brought)

Very comfortable

Beautiful location, very comfortable condo, comfortable beds, nice furniture. Well stocked for cooking and eating in. Prefer having white sheets and bed covering which show cleanliness more than dark bed coverings that were provided. Cupboards show wear and tear. Perfect location in the heart of beautiful picturesque Magog.

Dans l'ensemble, ce condo était très bien, à aire ouverte, avec belle fenestration et grandes chambres à coucher.La propreté également très bien sauf qu'un grand ménage des tablettes et de l'intérieur des armoires et des rénovations dans la cuisine seraient nécessaires , ainsi qu'un bon ménage du frigo.Certaines tasses étaient sales.La pression de l'eau des douches était excellente mais nous avons manqué d'eau chaude après deux douches, après le fonctionnement de la laveuse à vaisselle. Nous sommes arrivés et les thermostats étaient à 15 degrés partout en plein hiver.Les rideaux de douche dégageait une mauvaise odeur d'humidité. Malgré ces inconvénients, ce condo était très bien situé et décoré pour les Fêtes et les propriétaires ont fait un excellent suivi.Les membres de notre famille ont tous apprécié les lieux et je recommanderais ce condo avec une note globale de 8.5/ 10 .

Dans la cuisine certaines casseroles étaient très mal nettoyées dans le tiroir du four la plaque de cuisson n’avait pas été nettoyé et avait possiblement servi à faire cuire du bacon car cela semblait du gras de bacon Dans les armoires nous avons retrouvé de la vaisselle mal nettoyéEt le lave-vaisselle a cessé de fonctionner avant la fin de notre séjour

We will be returning customers!

We had a wonderful time! This location was perfect, we walked to the downtown area, amd beach. It was cozy, nicely decorated, clean, super comfortable!!The owners are lovely and easy to communicate with.I highly recommend this for anyone, whyher you are a family, friends looking for a nice ger away, or even a couple. We will be returning customers! I feel like we got really lucky finding this location on such short notice.

On a passé la semaine de Noël dans un très bel endroit.

Le tout a été au-delà de nos espérances: propreté, décorations de Noël, équipements de cuisine pour plusieurs personnes. C’était une ambiance chaleureuse. Merci à nos hôtes qui ont répondu instantanément à nos petits problèmes.
