The backyard has a pool for the hot summers and then a nice outdoor firepit for the cooler months. Inside, we have multiple TV's so nobody misses their favorite show, darts board and an air hockey table!

Our home is conveniently located in between W Thunderbird Rd and W Cactus Rd in Peoria. Easy access to the 101 makes a trip down to the Westgate Sports & Entertainment District a short 12 min drive!

NOTE: The pool is not heated and the garage is not accessible for guest's use.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV's in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

Lovely and modern home

I cannot recommend this home and host enough!I’ll start with the home:-Very cozy and comfortable-Comfortable beds & pillows!-Amazing showers!-Nicely equipped kitchen with many cooking utensils, silverware, pots & pans, etc.-Nice to have washer & dryer and dishwasher-Many towels of all sizes provided-Body wash and shampoo/conditioner provided in each showerOutside:-Very nice & clean pool!Lawn chairsOutdoor dining table with many chairsLawn gamesBBQ provided (we did not use)The host/Property Management:-Great communication!-Very helpful and responds promptlyVery nice neighborhood.Close to many amenities.Easy access to restaurants and stores.My only “negative” comment:Our children were very excited about the bunk beds, which were very nice. But the room with the bunk beds is right by the front door, which felt unsafe to leave our six year olds alone and they were scared to sleep by the front door so I slept in there with them. We will definitely be back and hope to make staying at this home a yearly adventure for our family to visit extended family!

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The pool was fun for the kids and the patio was perfect for the adults! Nice quiet neighborhood with everything we needed nearby. The owners responded promptly and were great!

Good, but...

Our overall experience was good. The place is spacious and comfortable. However, there were some "Whaaa?" moments that stole the spotlight, like:- We received an email that we had to register on the property management's site before receiving an access code, but then we received another email with the access code before signing up; plus, the access code didn't work; we had to call and get it reset- No toilet paper in the main bathroom when we arrived, and no extras (fortunately they had some in the other bathroom)- The water in the main shower drained away from the drain to the opposite end of the shower and stayed there; we had to squeegee the dirty water back to the drain with our feet- The main bedroom door locked but didn't latch (it was severely misaligned), so the lock was useless- There are 4 sinks, but there were a total of 2 hand towels in the whole house (and they were both in the main, not in the 2nd bathroom)- The main king bed frame had supports missing or broken underneath, which caused the mattress to sag, and sometimes I felt like it was going to break if I sat too hard on the bed- They provided 1 alarm clock with no battery and no spares in the house, and a missing leg so the clock laid on its side- There were no turners (flat spatulas, like to flip pancakes) in the kitchenThese might be nit-picky, but unfortunately this is what stood out. A few changes would have made the experience less memorable (in a good way).

Great time

The property was perfect for what we were looking for...the open, clean layout of the house allowed for privacy but the entertainment room, the pool, fire pit and the kitchen tied it together for bonding.

Spring Training Stay

Stayed here for an MLB Spring Training week. Location was excellent, near the Peoria complex and wide choice of dining options. House was clean and comfortable but missing a few typical amenities. Some lightbulbs were out, with no replacements available, no paper products, such as Kleenex and coffee filters. We typically find a binder with house instructions and local dining/activity suggestions, but not here. Was a cold snap that week and we couldn't get the heater on. Didn't use the pool (not heated) but was instructed to unplug the cleaner before using--no instructions how to do that. Only one propane tank to swap between the barbecue and the fire pit--choose which you want to use. Digital lock code didn't work but was provided a backup code. Overall, pleasant stay but be prepared to fill in a few blanks.

Good Stay!

Everything was amazing except a few things. The things that were provided didn’t work like the dart board, the air hockey table. The dryer wasn’t drying things very well. And the TV in the game room area, kept turning on by itself. Other than that, it was an amazing stay!

Thanksgiving 2024

We enjoyed the spacious home and spent considerable time outside on the patio. Some areas of home need a little upkeep but there were no significant issues. We had some older folks staying with us who had concerns with getting in and out of the tub/shower but we had them use the walk-in. Great location and near lots of restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.
