Comfortable 3BR Oasis | Heated Pool + Game Room

This beautifully decorated, comfortable ranch style (single level) 3 bedroom, 2 bath oasis is located near Arizona State University West Campus. If you can work remotely from anywhere, you'll love working from here! The home features comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, smart TVs, game room with walk up bar, a sparkly HEATED pool with an outdoor kitchen/BBQ designed for relaxing, entertaining, playing yard games, and best of all, making memories!

The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath. The remaining bedrooms feature a queen bed and twin over double bunks.

Nest doorbell camera at front door and covering back gates.

Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per day. Please mention if you would like this at the time you book and we can invoice it separately.

This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

Pool heat pumps are meant to maintain a warmer water temperature in cooler temps. Unfortunately, heat pumps don’t operate in weather less than 50 degrees. Therefore, if it is colder than 50 degrees outside, we’ll be unable to heat your pool. When temps are around 50-65, the water temp is possible to maintain roughly between 70-72 degrees unless it dips at night below 50, shutting down the pump.
Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Well-maintained property, 30 mins from Phoenix

Clean property (though could use a thorough vacuum under beds and sofa). Well located for us to see many local sites as well as day trips to further locales. Property manager was responsive to our needs before the trip. Quick responses at every interaction. We did report a couple of minor issues at the beginning of our stay (e.g. slow drains and burned out lightbulbs) that were not fixed, despite us being told someone would be out the next day. These issues were not significant enough to warrant a follow up during our stay. All in all, I would stay here again.

Nice House

The house is nice, but seems a little expensive for what it was. Its generally clean, but there are some stains on the carpets. Nice big kitchen with all the equipment you might need. Nice living area with a shuffleboard table. We had a little hiccup checking in when the code wasn't right, but the hosts fixed it quickly. The listing says it has 6 beds, but there are really only 4. But it could easily sleep 6 or 7.

Comfortable house, good location

Comfortable, well-equiped house. Pool was lovely and warm as the weather was hot, and we were glad we did not pay $75 per day for heating. Everything as advertised but disappointingly Nespresso does not work, and no gas for BBQ or firepit, so also unusable. Management company rold us new tank was on site. It wasn't and they failed to send anyine to address the issue. Check in a nightmare. Locked out for almost 1 hour in high heat. Management company failed to answer phone. Mercifully neighbour returned home and contacted owner directly for us. These experiences let the management company down which is a pity as the house is in a pleasant neighbourhood and is very comfortable, and they had been helpful during booking.

Above Expectations

This is a very nice property, petty clean. It has all the amenities. 2 of the rooms have televisions, one room doesn’t that would be nice if it did. This is a great value and just what we needed we had family that lives in Arizona come to visit us and it was a nice time.

Never again

Door code didn’t work. No air conditioning for two nights. No propane for grill. L’nai knew. Whole outside area had not been cleaned including the grill.(no instruction info)Looked nothing like the picture. No umbrellas. No chair pads. Most of the pool toys were in need of repair. Only 3 chairs by fire pit. Pool was clean! Had family over Saturday and my son in law brought his propane tank. Inside kitchen and bathrooms were clean and great! (Especially the door in the bathroom to the outside)Good supply of towels. Only 3 usable chairs at dining table. Master bedroom carpet and tall back chair in living area had dirty spots on them. There is a lump in throw rug that my husband stepped on more than once. He lifted the rug and found a sock and a plastic bag under it which he left there. I did not leave a message in guest book. All can be remedied. The house itself I liked. But not the amenities. Lori did a great job helping us. I think there is some false advertising on pictures and it only sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms unless the pack n play is counted.

Excellent Vacation House

We had 6 people staying at this house and it was the perfect size. Huge backyard with a great pool. We were happily to pay the extra fee for the pool heater in March!

Great spot

Perfect place for us for some golf and spring training baseball. We usually stay in Tempe or Scottsdale, but found Glendale convenient and it was easy to get wherever we needed to go. House was exactly as advertised.

Dirty

When we walked in placed look amazing until you started to look at the cleanliness. We didn’t have a ceiling fan or light that worked in our master room. Floors were dirty. Bodily hair on floor of bathroom and I’m not talking about hair on your head. Shower curtain was missing hooks so curtain was barely hanging up. My grandmother tried to sit in one of the lounge chairs and fell over onto patio because it had screws missing. Stove was dirty on top surface. Sheets on bed in master had hair and small bugs. Sent pics of all of this to Lori. They did bring someone to clean next day and electrician came day before we left to fix light.

Lovely Stay

We stayed for 4 nights in August while we moved our daughter into GCU. The property was very nice. We had a little issue getting into the property, but that was quickly resolved by Lori. The house itself is well done and had great amenities. The pool and outside area was lovely. It was 114-119 degrees while we were there, so the pool needed NO additional heat. It was really only refreshing in the morning and evening, but that was only because of the Arizona heat- not the pool itself. We could not figure out the Nespresso machine for coffee. We read the instructions and watched multiple YouTube videos to try get our morning fix, but did not have success. We think it could have been the 'pods' were not correct? At least they looked different from the ones in the videos we were watching. Overall though, our stay was wonderful. It's in a good location- easy access to the freeways and stores. House is in good condition and in what we felt to be a safe neighborhood. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great Spring Break Trip

We really enjoyed our stay for spring break! The house was beautiful and spacious and had all we needed for the week. The kids loved the pool! The neighborhood was quiet, which is always a plus. The house is close to many stores and activities/attractions without being in a high traffic area. We really loved it and would come back again.

Perfect spring training spot

House was clean. Pool was heated so kids could actually swimming early March. House had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers which was helpful. Neighborhood was quiet.

Wonderful stay!

Our family really enjoyed the stay! House was super clean and well appointed. My children loved the shuffle board table and several other games that were available. Pool was a welcome relief to the heat! Made some great memories! Owner was extremely attentive and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend!!

Great open floor plan with lots of activities for kids.

Wonderful getaway

This property was exactly what we are looking for. Quiet neighborhood, our own pool, and just enough space for our toddlers to have their own rooms. The only thing that made us nervous was there is an outside exit in the bathroom next to the two non master bedrooms, but our kids were not tall enough to unlock the door. The neighborhood is older and we couldn’t tell if it was the best area, but we had no issues and the cul de sac was quiet. The house was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and had great food suggestions. Lori was great to work with and I would have no issues staying here or at a different property of hers. We had a truly amazing time.

A beautiful home - would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying here. The house is clean and spacious. There's a Nespresso machine. Our family loved the pool and appreciated that it was heated and such a lovely temperature. The yard has a lot to offer with fire pit and BBQ area and lawn space for games. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Beds were comfortable and Lori was so great to work with! We definitely recommend staying here!

Fun with family

Outdoor space was beautiful. Inside was clean and up to date. The few things we needed that weren’t there, the host immediately took care of it all. We appreciated the quick response.
