My Thai wife and I live in beautiful Denver, Colorado, USA. We have traveled to many places throughout the world, but enjoy Hua Hin, Thailand best of all. It is a place to relax and enjoy tranquility. It is our winter retreat and we love to share it with others when we are not there. Our Thai home is like living in paradise as it is ultra modern and provides every convenience you can imagine. We want you to be as happy as us by enjoying all that our property offers!

Our neighborhood is only 5 years old. It is upscale and richly enhanced with natural beauty. There are beautiful palm trees and other tropical trees and plants throughout the neighborhood. Each home has its own swim pool. The streets and sidewalks are cleaned daily and there is peace and quiet throughout the neighborhood. Few cars pass by as our community only has about 35 gorgeous homes in it. Most folks who live there are retired ex pats either from America or Europe.

Our beautiful home has all the amenities you want. There are newer TVs in every room; big pool to cool off on hot days; all appliances needed for eating at home; air conditioning in every room; large portable fan for use anywhere in the house; property manager on site to give you immediate help with any concerns; pool cleaning and watering of outside plants and garden done several days a week and paid for by owner; garbage collection every day and paid for by owner; streets and sidewalks cleaned every day and paid for by homeowners association; house newly painted winter 2024; easy access to gorgeous beach only 15 minutes away, as well as open markets about 10 minutes away. Hua Hin central area about 15 minutes from house.
