Beautiful cabin as advertised. We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Nice setting with great parking.

Everything was very nice, Kitchen could have a few dish towels, and some item's relocate to get to easier. The second half of road to cabin was horrible. Cabin very cozy.

Nice relaxing area

Enjoyed the location as it was very peaceful. Now the roads to get there could use a lot of help. Limited contact with host, not a bad thing but no way to contact them to ask questions if needed, as there was no # provided. We did enjoy an evening soak in hot tube, it was very clean. Beds were clean and comfy, only lightweight bedding. The TV’s didn’t work in any of the bedrooms. We could have used more towels both for bathroom and kitchen. The few we had were thin and rough. Lots of outdoor patio furniture but needed to be refreshed for guest as there were cover in pollen and dust. Still recommend staying, it worked for us.

The cabin was left dirty in areas and told cleaner was coming back and never did areas was still dirty. Electricity was turned off due to no pay and host would not return our calls or messages we had to personally call electric company to figure it out and our breakfast ruined because we were in the middle of cooking. When finally contacted back by host they stated the cleaning lady came back which did not happen we have pictures to prove and the host also stated it was an act of God for power outage when people across the street had power and the electricity company said it was due to non payment. Grill was in pieces and filthy and back porch sitting area was in useable.

Pros: Price point was great. The location is absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was clean and roomy. The outdoor swings and seating were perfect. The house itself was gorgeous! The layout is ideal for 2 families. Fun extras like shuffleboard & gaming table.Cons: Communication:The property manager, Terry, didnt respond a single time during the trip. Then after we left sent a rude message. Cleanliness: Arrived and immediately saw dog pee was on the couch and shuffleboard floor areas. As we cooked breakfast, roaches crawled out of the outlet. The shower needs to be scrubbed as it has black mold in some of the grout areas. Floors were sticky/dirty to the point it changed our socks colors and we had to wear shoes the entire time. Dishes were left in cabinet dirty. Broken things: - One of our kids sat on the bar stool and it was beyond shaky. - They moved to the kitchen table, 1 of the legs on that chair was barely holding on. - Looked as though a dog chewed the chair where your leg hits (on another chair) so when you'd move around it would snag your pants or scratch your leg.- Couch is broken but still functional- Chair in corner of living room was broken Small things:- No soap dispenser in the en suite bathroom.- Minimal normal quality towels. There were a couple of good ones and the rest were child sized cheap towels. - Kitchen pans need to be upgraded. They were warped and no longer non-stick.
