Pools, hot tubs & some outdoor amenities are seasonal & may be closed outside the main resort season or for maintenance, as set by The Cove Lakeside Resort.
• Snow clearance on access roads may be limited in winter, so winter tires or parking at the top of the driveway may be necessary
•⁠ A LOST/UNRETURNED FOB / PARKING PASS/KEY CARD/WRISTBAND/KEY WILL RESULT IN A $120.00 REPLACEMENT FEE per item
• Guests must only use the communal BBQs located in the common area.
• 4% booking fee applies to all reservations
• For all non-Airbnb reservations, guests are required to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver through our guest app, processed by our trusted protection partner, Truvi. The fee is US$7 per night, with a minimum charge of US$40 for shorter stays
