Sawgrass Tee To Sea Condo. This is our family vacation home. I am a licensed realtor with 15 years of experience renting our beloved condo at Sawgrass Country Club. We are on the closest street to the beach in Sawgrass Country Club gated community. Our condo is located on 2 EAST fairway. We purchased this condo almost 16 years ago and have enjoyed sharing it with others. We are members of the country club so our guests enjoy beach parking privileges. This is a private,, gated community. Extremely quiet. No parties!
Pets are considered for an additional fee.
Single story, perfect for senior citizens. Fully appointed with many upgrades.

I am a 3rd generation Floridian and was born and raised in Jacksonville. My aunt first moved to Sawgrass Country Club 35 years ago and we have enjoyed many memories at this beautiful location. We were fortunate enough to buy a condo on my favorite street which is the closest to the beach and on the golf course. You can hear the waves from the front door. This has been our family vacation home for sixteen years. I am a licensed realtor and have been fortunate enough to rent it 95% of the time when we are not there. Most of my guests are returning for many years. This is a very quiet neighborhood, and I am very particular about our guests. We are constantly updating and upgrading.

Sawgrass Country Club is a quiet, private country club. It is a huge community and because of my love of the beach, I was thrilled when a condo on the closest street to the beach in Sawgrass Country Club came on the market. I think it is the perfect location.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Because this is truly our private home, you will find upgrades not normally available in rental properties. I am very picky about my linens, furniture and overall decor. There is an enclosed sunroom and also a patio area with Adirondack chairs for those wanting to sit on the EAST fairway and enjoy spectacular sunset sky views. This is one level, has technically two master bedrooms (each with it's own bath, king size bed, and walk-in closet). Ideal for seniors and couples.
