Welcome to A Wave From It All at the Beach Club Villas, a beautiful beach retreat located in the gated community at the Sawgrass Country Club.You will have access to a private beach that only club members have access to.You are steps away from this beautiful private beach.Come take a scroll & put your toes in the sand in the earlier morning hours while waiting for the sunrise on one side & views of the million dollar homes on the other.Everything you need is right here in this ground floor condo

Please be aware that the private amenities at the Sawgrass Country Club are not accessible to guest/vacationers such as (tennis, golf, restaurant, beach club etc.) You do have access to the community pools that are near by.

Perfect for a Beach Getaway!

The property is wonderful, perfect location, well maintained, and spotless. Communication with the owner was fantastic, extremely responsive. Highly recommended, particularly for a long weekend.

Fabulous spot just steps from the beach

This spot gives a whole new meaning to the term, "Short walk to the beach." The beach (the sand itself, not the parking lot) is literally a 2 minute walk from the front door. So, this very nice and very clean condo is extremely convenient. I would recommend it to anybody.

Disappointing that access to clubhouse is not included in the villa rental.

The clubhouse is not included in the rental because there is a waitlist to join and the membership is $75k to join. They also don’t accept cash when you visit and everything is charged to the owner. So it wouldn’t work for renters to use.
