My name is Kourtney, I own and operate Yellowstone Vacation Homes. As a property manager it is my goal to make the properties that I manage as comfortable, clean and easily accessible as possible.
Before you arrive at your vacation home you will be given easy to follow check in instructions. Also before your arrival the home will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
During your stay you will have helpful information about the home presented in my Home Guide Binder so that you can easily navigate the unfamiliar space. You’ll also have access to my personal number and email address. It is important to me that you are comfortable and that the home is operating in tiptop shape. During your stay please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, comments or concerns. If there’s anyway at all that I can help you during your stay please do contact me. Additionally I ask that you please reach out immediately with any information about maintenance needed. While I do not anticipate maintenance issues during your stay this property is a home and homes do require maintenance. I want to address any maintenance items as soon as possible, please reach out and give me the opportunity to schedule maintenance corrections during your stay or if you prefer, maintenance can be scheduled after your departure.

You'll love this home because it's close to Bozeman Hot Springs Resort and the wonderful town of Bozeman, and also very near the entrance to Yellowstone. Bozeman is only a short drive north for shopping, great restaurants, live theater, rodeo, and shopping. BZN is only 15 miles north if you need to catch a flight. At the same time, the house is in a place that is easy to access summer or winter but still feels remote. It's only a few minutes from Yellowstone River fishing access and National Forest trails, and Yellowstone is only 30 minutes away! The views from inside and outside of the house are phenomenal! Lots of deer and other wildlife too. It's a really special place!
