Thanks so much...we agree. Our family knew that this was the location we had been searching for as soon as we discovered it. We had to make this stretch of beach, dunes and the dazzling sunsets over our bordering pond a ritual getaway -spring summer and fall. Having stayed here many many weeks in three seasons over the past 18 years we have operated Sandcastles Beach House we have also seen that the beach is NEVER crowded - space, peace and serenity abound. And we too love the Island Stone Pub in Kensington - a mere 12 minute drive to one of our very favourite restaurants. So glad you thoroughly enjoyed your stay. Hope we can host you again in the future.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We're fortunate to have the eagles living on the other side of the pond and seeing them most days. We still get excited each time we spot them.

We're so happy you enjoyed your visit. We do at times hear the lower tones coming through from the other unit so we are fortunate that we seem to attract guests who are respectful of that. This fall we are actually moving the beach house off its base "the big lift" and adding two more carrier beams and all new supports. We will then be able to add some more insulation up near the joists which may be a partial remedy. Again, thanks for coming and glad you'd like to return.
