My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the cabin at the Texas Hunt Club. It was very clean and cozy. There is an automatic coffee maker with coffee and mugs along with a refrigerator in the unit, which was really convenient but there is not a microwave or kitchenette. We did realize this before reserving. We knew we would not be there much as we toured around neighboring cities while there before heading to San Antonio for Fiesta Days. We wanted to visit the hill country in Texas. We would definitely recommend staying there if you are planning a visit to that general area. Our host Meador, was extremely gracious and was quick to help us with a few questions that we had. We valued his southern charm and hospitality! The lake view across the road from the cabins is very beautiful. We didn’t actually go over to that area because it was raining off and on while we were there. Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the Texas Hunt Club.

Lake view comfortable cabin

This cabin is very clean and simple, 2 bdrm, 1 bath, 1 living room. Pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are extremely comfortable, soft sheets and towels! Beautiful lake view, lake is steps away from the property.

Immaculate, upscale accommodations in the heart of Hill Country

We stayed at Texas Hunt Lodge when we came to Ingram to pick up our daughter at camp. Meador was a friendly and welcoming host - and we were beyond satisfied with our cabin. It had a “still new” feeling - with new/modern furniture and rustic decor fitting for an upscale hunting clientele. It was immaculately clean. The beds were super comfy - and the bathroom was very nice. We especially appreciated the plush towels, fluffy bath mat, and huge walk in shower. The in room fridge and plentiful charging stations were unexpected bonuses. Finally, the entire facility was right across from the river - providing easy and convenient access to fishing/swimming/etc. All in all - we had a wonderful stay and will most definitely be repeat customers. Thank you, Meador! Have a wonderful summer!
