The River Walk Inn - Room 802

Spacious upstairs room in a charming 1840's building located on top of the bluff with exquisite views of the MS river. This room has beautiful period furniture, a Keurig, mini fridge, access to a shared balcony and ice machine, and is within walking distance to all events downtown. Please note this room is above a popular restaurant/bar that frequently offers live entertainment on the weekends.

This room is located on the second floor of the building over a popular restaurant/bar that frequently offers live entertainment on the weekends. The main hallway is shared with other rooms and is accessible by elevator or stairs. Parking is available behind the building. 2 night minimum stay on weekends.

Your hosts Jim Smith & Betsy Iles will be happy to help with any needs during your stay.

This is located atop the mighty MS River with amazing views. The sunsets can't be beat! Most shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is within walking distance. Please note this is above a popular restaurant/bar with live entertainment on some weekends. Those nights can get noisy.

Downtown is best to explore on foot.
- Events or parties are allowed only if the entire floor is rented by the same party.

Very nicely appointed, very comfortable, great sunset patio, very roomy. Giant hallway runs the length of the building inside and is a great approach to a great room. Parking onsite, elevator up, middle of town.

Beautiful place!! Very clean and an excellent location to many restaurants and the levee/river area. Absolutely loved the large bathroom and balcony with table and chairs. Located right above the Rabbit Hole restaurant/bar but not overly noisy. There were ear plugs provided just in case! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location, facing the river and the bandstand. No obstructed views. The rear balcony is shared by all five rooms, but that was not an issue. The balcony faces west, and there aren't any umbrellas/overhang, so bring sunblock! There is a great restaurant/bar directly below the rooms, but music stops at 10pm. The hallway ice machine was inoperable, but we were able to get ice before bedtime from the restaurant downstairs. HUGE bathrooms! Large rooms. Safe, reserved parking in the back of building. Entry to hallway doors and rooms are via code. Easy access.

Everything was great. The sunset view was amazing! The room was clean and even better than the pictures. The bar thats right under the room had good drinks and great food. You could hear the music a little bit in the room, but I liked that. It could be an issue if you're sensitive to music while trying to sleep, but it wasnt loud in the room at all. Communication with the host was good as well.

Loved it

Love the location for what we do. Easy access. Short distance to the places we visit and places to eat. Very comfortable and clean. Large bathroom. Great view. Will definitely stay here again.
