Welcome to The Lazy Cottage nestled in the heart of the majestic Colorado mountains. We are thrilled to offer you the perfect retreat for your upcoming vacation. Located just a short 5 to10 mile drive to some main attractions such as Pikes Peak, Santas Workshop, Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings, The Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls trip or a nice quaint place for a small family vacation. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a private unit with its own private entrance, ensuring your peace and privacy throughout your stay. You'll find all the amenities you could possibly need such as, fully stocked bathroom, comfortable living space, cozy bedroom, comfy pull-out couch to ensure a restful night's sleep and even some yummy snacks for that midnight hankering. One of the highlights of the cottage is the adorable covered hot tub room, where you can relax and unwind and take in those mountain vibes. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub or setting outside enjoying you morning coffee, you'll be surrounded by the crisp mountain air and stunning natural beauty. Fantastic, super nice and comfy place, well appointed with anything you might need. Also a great location to get either in town quickly or further away. Would definitely stay here again, checking in and out was seamless, a completely hassle free experience.

Everything was absolutely lovely. Savannah thought of all the little things and is very welcoming and helpful if you need her - even on Christmas eve! We stayed 3 nights and only felt like we were 'attached' to the main house once, and that was when we needed fresh propane and called them over! Location is amazing, all the extras were so nice and the hottub was so great to relax in after a day out hiking! You can tell a lot of care and thought was put into the place. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Such a great little cottage. Place is well stocked with all the things people forgot to pack, all the way down charging cords! Very clean, plenty of towels, bathroom essentials, and even snacks for us late night snackers. Located close to several good restaurants; The Pantry which is a great breakfast restaurant, The Wines of Colorado, which is decent place for dinner. We also ate at Cantina Verde, which was pretty tasty. The Blue Moose Tavern was a cool little hang out place for a couple of adult beverages (this is a kids friendly place). All travel times posted are pretty accurate! Highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway with that special person in your life!

Lovely home, close to everything

The kitchen was perfectly equipped for making a few meals at home. Loved having the hot tub option one evening. The room was super clean and I appreciated how things were stocked. The only thing that was a bit surprising to me was no central air. We opened the windows the second night and turned on the fan and it was perfect. Our first time in Colorado, it was great. We loved being so close to the garden of the gods.

The cottage has every thing you need. There was even snacks and sodas for us. Its in a perfect location. We had a blast and will use again if we get into the area again.

Cute, remodeled, everything needed if you forgot, own hot rub in a decorated shed. Extra snacks, laundry. Location perfectly located to all of the scenic spots and downtown manitou. Very small part of the house on the right side of the house. Easy quick communication with the host who lives in the property house attached. Very quiet. Must go to restaurant 2 blks down-Wines of Colorado and reserve brookside patio on the bottom. Menu is phenomenal. 2 adults would be max for this awesome vrbo. Cute outdoor patio space. Xtra small couch, not greatest in comfort, lots of apps on the Samsung plus TV. But you are there for sights. Bed is very comfortable and 4 nice reg size pillows. The bed is partitioned off from living space. Pic not shown of that. Very slim parking. Slightly difficukt to drive in if owners' cars are both there. Pull in and out from main street.
