The large private balcony off of the living room and master bedroom provides magnificent views of Amelia Island's sandy shore and grassy dunes. Watch wildlife such as the gopher tortoise burrowing in the sand dunes as you enjoy breakfast and coffee from the comfy eating area on your private balcony.

Upon entering this gorgeous condo, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room are all part of one great room. The kitchen with its airy white cabinets has everything you could possibly need to prepare a tasty meal! The tiled entry leads you past the kitchen, into the dining area where you will find a white dining table with seating for 4. The living area features two leather sofas centered around a large flat screen smart television. From here you will immediately notice the stunning ocean views through the large sliding glass door. The serene color palette throughout have a calming feel that will quickly put you in relaxation mode.

A two minute stroll down Ocean Place's private pathway will lead you to the luxurious Ritz Carlton Hotel where you can shop the elegant boutiques, treat yourself to a massage at the spa, grab drinks at the poolside bar, and dine at their delicious 5 star restaurant!

With this beautiful condo, guests can also purchase access to the Summer Beach Club, a walkable half mile from Ocean Place. Complete with a large ocean front pool, a snack bar open during peak season, and recently renovated tennis and pickle ball courts, this exclusive access truly makes for the most relaxing fun filled vacation! This also gives guests access to book tee times at the Golf Club of Amelia Island!
